AAAAAAHHHHH… my— my eyes ✨… yeah, eyes 🎀… this scene is killing me!! 😭🤭 Sun Jae!! 😳 Aren’t you shy? 🫢 I’m blushing so hard right now!! 💖💍
stoooppp
Why am i crying and having a roller coaster of emotions watching Lovely Runner
Sun Jae loved Im Sol for 15 years.
I guess Baek Sa Eon wants to beat this record because he may or may not have liked Hee Joo for 20 plus years.
ANOTHER PARALLEL
In Episode 1, when Sol comes and hugs Sun Jae and she's holding on tightly he tries to push her away and she comes back and holds him tightly again.
In episode 10, when Sun Jae comes back and he hugs Sol tightly while telling her he knows she likes him, she's still trying to push him away. And just like he does in episode 1, she pushes him away only for him to cling back HARDER.
God, I love Lovely Runner so fucking much. These details will kill me dead.

I just rewatched the third time jump death scene, and holy shit, there's a parallel there that I (obviously) didn't see in the first watch!!!
Sun jae is struggling and fighting with the killer when im sol sees him, and he's very obviously trying not to lose the fight. But then....BUT THEN HE SEES THE COPS. And much like Sol heaves a breath of relief in the original timeline at seeing him running towards her when the killer is after her, HE DOES TOO. It's so poetic. He finally sees sol would be safe if he lets go. Because he wants to. He's so tired. He's hurt. He's injured. But he was still fighting. For sol. For her to be safe. But he doesn't have to, because there are people here to keep her safe.
And that's how leaves. Saving her. Making sure the murderer is behind bars, and she's safe.
I've been getting into romantic kdramas lately, and I just finished lovely runner and it was just absolute top tier. It had depth, emotion, DESTINY, FATE, and an insane amount of laughter.
I laughed so hard through the entire thing, with Sun Jae being an absolute loser in love with Im Sol, and the Im Sol fan boys gang, and just everything.
What a lovely series. I adore it. It's the light hearted version of Marry My Husband, and the korean drama version of in 27 days but happier. I'm so so so so so happy.
whenever it rains but it’s sunny outside, i think of lovely runner
