Ingredients: 4 cups ripe peaches, peeled and chopped. 1 cup Sauvignon Blanc wine. 1 cup granulated sugar. 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice. 1/4 teaspoon salt.
Instructions: Put chopped peaches, Sauvignon Blanc, sugar, lemon juice, and salt in a blender. Mix until it's smooth. Put the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn it according to the machine's directions until it's the consistency of sorbet. Put the sorbet in a container that can go in the freezer.
