Sappy but happy (long) post incoming While this wasn't finals Sunday, this was my final Sunday (hence the traditional Finals Sunday wear) Although I'm leaving the Open a week earlier than I would have liked, I can't put into words how amazing this experience has been covering a Grand Slam event at 24 (more than likely being the youngest person here). The takeaways of interviewing and watching the world's best and soon to be best was quite amazing. The connections I've made even better. Through the thousands of pictures and hundreds of hours, it was all worth every minute of it. I thank God for this. I would also thank VAVEL for blessing me with all these wonderful media opportinities. I thank the people here at the Open who were looking out for the New Kid On The Block like the media staff and the press moderator. And most importantly, I thank all those who support my journey from mom and dad, to family, to friends. Even when I'm away, I'm still thinking about you. I bid you adieu New York. Thanks for the greatest two weeks as media ever and a lifetime of memories I will truly never forget. Next stop Maryland for the kiddos and then Chi-Town for the Laver Cup #SummerOfTennis (at US Open Tennis Championships) https://www.instagram.com/p/BnPYt_JniQKcryoEH2ItATXZ2WkSgA-tW7NJD40/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=26dl4k187vzm
