iβve decided to lose some weight, glow up mentally and physically before school starts.

drink 3-4 bottles of water, at least 1 cup of green tea and coffee.
donβt use sugar and milk powder with coffee.
get 7 to 10 hours of sleep.
follow skincare routine! (itβs not necessary to have complex one, you can just follow 4 step skin care routine)
stretch a little bit in the morning before breakfast.
eat fruits and vegetables instead of sugary and greasy foods.
stop using technology 30 mins before going bed.
read at least 20 mins after wake up and before going bed.
work out every day. (itβs not necessary to have long sessions and you can start with just 5 mins every day as long as you work out regularly)
start keeping journal and diary.
try to watch movies every week.
study slightly until school starts.
finish summer homeworks (ehehe :> ).
get fixed and regular daily life and sleep schedule.
spend time with your friends and family members because you will be junior this year and you wonβt have lots of time.
start preparing yourself for uwc exams.
talk to the moon and stars and tell your dreams to them.
