——SCENE BEGINS IN GARDEN——

SUMIRE- ..Pheee.... Ouch...

(..Reiji-sama really hit me hard... My wrists are so incredibly sore...)

(..I did decide to come out to this lovely garden however... Maybe there are ups to being away from father...)

(..It is so pretty... These flowers are truly stunning...)

(..When I go back home... I should ask father to put these type of roses in our garden...)

(..There is.. Rustling in the bushes... I wonder what that could be..)

"..Ryuuto-sama... Ryuuto-sama..." Tapping his shoulder with the tip of her sharp pointy non painted nails. She places the two of them together behind her back, her head tilting as well as most of her body. She gives him a light hearted smile. "..Happy..." Her body became straight as she quickly showed him a painting of.. Him?

"Birthday... I do hope I can live to celebrate with you next year.. Even if you vampires believe they are not important..." Her voice was timid almost sickly sweet. The painting definitely was realistic entirely, giving a almost abstract look to it with a few off proportions and messy shading it wasn't horrible at all though. It was definitely Sumire's painting though, she probably wouldn't need to put her name on it for the whole world to know she painted it she had her style to it. "I am not the greatest painter... Music is more my speciality..." She covers her face with the canvas, only her green eyes showing. "..I hope you enjoy it..." Slowly she hide her face behind it completely.

[ Ryuuto arched a brow, glancing over his shoulder at his visitor. Then, turning his body to face hers, his eyes rested upon the curious painting with immense intrigue, as she began. ]

[ He examined the reflection of himself on the canvas, as she spoke; the faint lumps within the paint (tut, had she used low-quality paint, or had she not properly mixed it before use?), the slight unevenness where he could tell her strokes were less confident, the unusual proportions in the oddest of places... Charming. Extremely so, he thought. With an amused snicker at her excuse as a virtuoso, Ryuuto met her green eyes once again with his own, and beckoned for the painting to be brought into his hands, now. ]

"Enjoy it, I shall."

[ With a teasing tilt of his head, mimicking that which she did just before, he hums in deep thought before speaking once more. ]

"I think I know just the place to hang this, Pet."

❝ Sumire..? ❞

The human’s voice trailed off, as the woman splayed herself on their lap. Was she tired, perhaps? It was likely, given the kinds of people she had to deal with on a daily basis— She didn’t seem like the type who could handle them without suffering some sort of exhaustion.

Besides, it wasn’t unusual, for her to seek them out like this. Be it following them around town, or simply spending time with them. So, they decided that they’ll allow her this, for now.

❝ Those Vampires have tired you out again, haven’t they? I suppose it can’t be helped. ❞

The boy carefully brushed hairs out from her face, as he allowed her to get comfortable. Whilst he managed to rest his hand on his hand— He should get a bit of eye rest too, right? What better time then now, while they’re trapped like this?

CONTEXT- [ Sumire winced in pain, holding her hand to her neck, she felt herself about to pass out, every old or new bruise and bite mark ached. He left, left her laying there to fix herself. Shuu must have been tired she thought. Upon listening to him walk away she never heard the door close, as well as picking up on a different smell, she turned around finding Vivrek standing there, injured as well, she gave him a tiny wave and small smile weakly, her usual greeting she'd give him. ]

Virek stood in the doorway, his school blazer being used to stop the constant bleeding on his palm. Who knew a small paper cut would turn out to be this big of a pain… Especially now that the part of his uniform was ruined thanks to the constant stream of red coming from his had.

The boy noticed Sumire already lying down in the room, though didn’t acknowledge her at first. Instead taking a seat in one of the chairs in the room. His expression was his normal one of indifference, yet his lips were slightly more downturned than usual.

(❛ Damn… It just won’t stop bleeding… ❜)

Opting to distract himself until the nurse got back, Virek’s eyes drifting up to Sumire. She looked… Weaker than usual. Honestly like she’d just been mauled by some kind of animal. He got a glimpse of the student who brought her here, yet didn’t think someone as lethargic as him could injure her like this… Could he?

No matter, it wasn’t really any of his business. But he’ll ask about her condition anyway.

Looking down at the woman currently snuggling into his chest, Virek was a bit confused, though made no move to push her away. Instead simply going with the flow and letting his arms wrap around her, allowing her to get comfortable. His only form of communication being tapping the lower part of her spine to get her attention, before tilting his head to the side.

[Sharon was clearly surprised when the other female plopped down on her lap. Despite the height difference, Sumire was rather light, so she could manage for now.]
