A term for those who identify as/with two characters at the same time

(Folk can be replaced with kin, heart, link, IRL, etc)

Not to be confused with Slashkin – slashkin emphasizes it being in the context of a ship, the two characters in dual-fictionfolk do not have to be in a relationship, nor do you have to ship them

Ways this may manifest:

– Feeling like a "fusion" of the two characters

– Being fluid between the two– one moment identifying entirely as one of them, and the next you only identify as the other

– Not fully identifying as either, but having enough traits from both characters that it's important to your identity

– ^ Similar to the above, not fully identifying as either, but both characters have impacted you enough that it's important to your identity

– Being a system with many introjects of both characters that the sys collectively identifies as both

– Feeling euphoric when associated/seen as both characters

And however else one wants to interpret this!

A flag for this will be made later. If a term like this already exists please lmk I was losing my mind trying to find a word for it. (The closest I could find was fictrallel , but fictrallel is specifically in the context of them being character foils. Could be seen as a subset of dual-fictionfolk?)

So aqualitine is a term i really resonate with and i wanted to try to make a symbol for it

I went with a water symbol because my brain went "aqualitine = aqual = aqua??"

then I put the line through it as a reference to the genderless symbol

i don't know if there's symbols for qualities rather than genders themselves so i dont have a good reference for this
