I stand there, completely naked, as the three circle me, wielding tweezers to remove any last bits of hair. I know I should be embarrassed, but they're so unlike people that I'm no more self-conscious than if a trio of oddly colored birds were pecking around my feet.

Cinna's approach to rebellion is connection.

Cinna dresses Katniss in something that the Capitalites will admire (not mock) while strategically keeping her recognizable as Katniss, the girl from the reaping. Cinna presents her as herself, but in a light that the District and Capital citizens will acknowledge as human vs (and interesting)
