WHAT IS THIS UGLY THING? π¬ This ugly looking thing is a stuffed mushroom topped with the @innout sauce I brought home from our family vacation. β«οΈ I saw @seattle_keto_girl make one and I had to make one. Mine came out nowhere near how hers looks, but it was delish! β«οΈ This ugly thing was sooooo good! Iβm really surprised how good it was. I made a mix of ground beef, diced onions, minced garlic, and cream cheese for the stuffing. I topped with grated Parmesan cheese before baking it. The sauce was added only because I saw it in my fridge as I was getting my water.
