For the first time in September, I finally had the most amazing sleep and actually managed to wake up early in the morning.
I've always struggled with sleeping, and it all started with COVID. I've tried everything to fix my messed up sleep schedule, but I know it's partly because I have way too much free time. But recently, I started learning JavaScript, and I realized that my mind is always racing with coding thoughts when I hit the bed. So, I made a deal with myself to shut down my PC by 11 p.m. and switch to reading a book instead. It actually worked. I'm going to stick with this approach for the whole week and see if it keeps working its magic. Do you read books? What are you currently reading?
