【day 8】

Hi!

There’s a Simpsons episode called “Itchy & Scratchy: The Movie.”

In this episode, Bart keeps getting into trouble and never learns his lesson.

So, as punishment, his parents don’t let him see the new Itchy & Scratchy movie, even though he was really looking forward to it.

At one point, someone tells Bart, “If you can get through this punishment, maybe you’ll become Chief Justice someday.”

And at the end of the episode, Bart actually becomes Chief Justice!

I know things probably won’t work out that perfectly for me.

But I believe that the choices I make today will lead me in a good direction, just like Bart.

For example, reading instead of looking at my phone, not wasting money, and studying English with these videos.

I really believe these small choices will lead me to something good in the future.

【day 6】

Hi!

Work has been really busy this week, and I’m so tired…

But if I get through tomorrow, I’ll have a day off!

Just one more day. I’ll do my best!

【day 5】

Hi!

I’m trying to reduce my screen time these days.

Especially on Instagram. I used to open it over and over again whenever I was bored.

My goal is to stop doing that.

And guess what? I haven’t opened Instagram for over 24 hours!

Pretty amazing, right?

I hope I can keep it up.

【day 4】

Hi!

Today, next year’s planners went on sale at the Disney Store in Japan, so I bought one.

It’s a Sleeping Beauty planner, which is my favorite Disney movie.

The cover looks just like the storybook from the movie, and inside there are lots of illustrations of Princess Aurora. It’s so cute!

When I go to Disneyland, I hope I can ask Aurora to sign my planner.
