THE FEYMAN TECHNIQUE
The Feynman Technique is a learning and study method named after the renowned physicist Richard Feynman. It is designed to help learners gain a deep understanding of a concept and identify gaps in their knowledge.
STEPS
I. Choose a concept to learn
2. Pretend to teach it to a beginner, this helps you to break down complex material to easy steps.
3. Pay attention to areas you struggle to explain. Go back to your study materials to review and fill in the missing information.
4. Repeat the process until you can explain the topic clearly and concisely

I'm going into a hole of randomly looking at poetry again, hope this goes well.
Lemme go download one of her poetry books🏃♀️ a book that has poems inside is called an anthology right?🤔
(🕴Went offline here to look for one of her books, I got [Poems_of_Passion.pdf], I'll tell you my favorite if I remember)
By the way, the first Pic up there, of Ella and her poetry, some of those books are free to download on Google, I'd send a link😗 but you'll figure it out if you're interested.
🎞Also I like studio ghilbi, i watched howl's moving castle, it was great, defs have it on repeat🎞
(last of the four pictures, the cartoon)
As always have a great day
It’s only been three hours of doing practice paper after practice paper and I feel so-
I made pink ramen yesterday (used beetroot noodles)!!! And it was SOOOO GOODD!! It’s the kinda food that when you are making it you just kinds think ‘gods, I wanna bring a bunch a friends for food and give this too them’ y’know? If that is a feeling at all idk I just loved it. Also my study bunny is dolled up and looking cute too! Basically everything is looking cute recently :) unfortunately, though, it would seem that I am studying best at night recently, and I am trying to have an early morning routine, so that is a train crash waiting to happen :\ oh but I am currently listening to my ‘Soft Hapiness🌸’ playlist on Spotify and it is lily good (currently wishing I had WeChat emojis on here bc they slap and would go well here)

What life looks like rn
20 Apr 23
This will be a busy night. It's almost 10 and I've got 2 pages to finish for art (due tomorrow and 1 isn't even started), and finish a document for IT (due today). Still, I'll manage somehow... And anyways today wasn't all bad. I got talking to a nice somebody. I exercised. I read. I drew on a friend's hand (bones in the hand) and afterwards she drew on mine — I forgot how much fun that is, I have to do it more.
And, here are some tips that helped me with studying, productivity and habits (and in case you don't feel like reading a lot, the main bits will be in blue and bold) :
Just get started. The motivation usually comes after. And it's incredibly hard to just go from doom scrolling to revising, so instead do something in-between so it will be a gradual change and will be much easier: circle your room, drink some water, read a page, put on some tunes (🎶 I only want good vibes ~ A feel good playlist to help pass time by Dynamite Phonk)
To remember more after revising, get your adrenaline up. One of the best ways to do it is exercise right after, even if it's light and only for a minute. Another great way is to get a cold shower (or get in-and-out if you don't want to freeze completely)
Gamify your life & tasks or start a point system (or both, and my app recommendation for that is Habitica). It will make you more excited to complete tasks and you can get inspiration from asking AI to 'reword ____ to have a fantasy vibe'. One of mine for drinking water is 'Quaff an elixir of enchanted H2O'. For the point system, set up a 'rating' for a task, eg. rinsing my face will water will give me 1 point, using a moisturiser will give me 2 points, using a face mask 3 points (try up to 3/4 points). Note down the points you get and add them up at the end of the day to compare with previous days
Don't attempt to immediately remove your bad habits. It won't work and you'll feel burnt out very quickly. Instead, slowly alter bad habits to become good. If you like snacking after school then do so with a textbook so you can read through it or attempt questions. If you doom scroll on your phone then stand up while doing so (you'll be more likely to notice the time going by and get bored)
Track your time. It might motivate you to see the progress you make and how consistent you are. If you liked the gamify idea then you can try 'competing' between time entries: for example if you decide you want geography to be your most studies subject this week but notice that you've revised math longer instead, strive to get revision time for geography higher, even if it's by family minutes so you can 'beat' that time. Great time tracking apps for me are Study Bunny and Toggl Track
Hopefully some of this helped!
Back after a bit of a break!
I think I'll also change things up a little bit. So far my japanese learning has mostly been me clicking on apps but I thought I would try to join the aesthetics notes people. Here is the first japanese notes I've made (since hiragana and katakana sometimes still confuse me)
