🌿 Student Review | 50 Hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training

"I don't even remember when I last practised yoga."

When Fei joined our 50 Hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training, she didn't consider herself a regular yoga practitioner.

What she found was more than a week of learning Yin Yoga.

She shared how the Yin Yoga practices helped her feel calm and grounded, and how the kindness, care, and support within the group became one of the most meaningful parts of her experience.

For us, this is what yoga is about.

Not comparing ourselves to others. Not trying to be perfect. But creating a space where people feel welcome, supported, and free to learn at their own pace.

Alongside Yin Yoga, students explore functional anatomy, meditation, mindfulness, and teaching methodology, while becoming part of a small international community that learns and grows together.
