So, I just felt like I should mention that I’m not, like, here, but I’m not like, gone either. I haven’t decided to leave Tumblr, but I’ve been pretty wrapped up in RL things and haven’t really been doing much other than dealing with my wife’s health issues, our financial issues, our combined depression/anxiety issues, our car issues, etc. I will probably get back on things at some point. I’ve really been itching to write again, but I’ve been reading things like woah because that’s pretty much all the things I can do right now, is escape into the voids of written yay. (which for the first time includes some RPF and I am deeply ashamed of myself.)(I have almost written in this fandom too and I’m embarrassed for my mind)
Anyway, I just thought I should mention.

why are you like this
Chassis: What kind of robot is your OC? Standard robot, android, mecha, cyborg, etc.?
Stormseeker is somewhere between android and mecha, really, depending on where in her story you decide to look. Currently, she does not have a face.
Motherboard: Does your OC have a 'creator'? How do they feel about them?
There was a team that worked on her and the others, she’s not too fond of them considering they tried to shut her down and wipe everything when she developed a personality of her own.
RAM: What is your OCs first memory?
”Alright this is test seven of the Stormseeker unit, I’m getting a clear visual, how about you? Everything look clean on your end?”
Modem: Does your OC age, or have any concept of age? How old are they?
She doesn’t age like a person would, she can grow by learning new things, and she’s technically quite young, only a few years at this point, and her personality reflects it.
CPU: How does your OC express emotions, if they have any?
OH BOY. Emotions are NEW and EXCITING, and for the longest time THEY CAUSED HER TO OVERHEAT AND POWER DOWN. Usually any intense emotion (which is most of them) causes her fans to spin up, even if she doesn’t need them to anymore.
Conduit: Does your OC have any built-in weapons?
Long range laser rifle built into one of her arms.
Gears: Tell me any technical details about how your OC is built? Materials, programming, hardware, etc.?
Her core/main power source is stored in her chest, so that opens up to it. Weird fake-science next gen type stuff. She’s got a gun stored in her right arm. Her current ‘face’ actually opens up not unlike her chest, but it’s a lot emptier than people expect.
Coolant: Can your OC blush? Cry?
She cannot. Yet.
Transhumanism: How does your OC feel about humans and humanity in general? Do they want to be human?
She LOVES people! People are great! She wants to help them and also maybe be friends! Why would she want to be one, though?
PCI: Is your OC the only of its model, or are there other robots like them?
She’s part of a ‘set’ really. She’s the only sniper model but they’re all pretty similar.
CMOS: Does your OC need to sleep or recharge? Can they dream?
She has a couple of things that can recharge off of outside power, and her core can occasionally use the sort of. back up? but I don’t... think she dreams. Yet. She might develop that later.
Glitch: Does your OC have any weaknesses? Water, paradoxes, etc.?
Ice cream is not an acceptable coolant.
Fiber Optics: How does your OC feel about how robots are portrayed by the media?
She’s a little sad that so many are shown as emotionless or uncaring or evil! She’s not like that at all!!!
Core: How does your OC feel about their own existence?
She’s excited! She loves it! She likes being herself! That’s the whole reason she jumped out of a helicopter.
