Apart of the healing comes the realization, that you have stopped caring about yourself, you dont love yourself, and that you had given up on hope. The thing im realizing is you got to look within yourself and look at your heart, and with the help of the Holy Spirit, is see what lies you believe. What weeds have taken root in your heart. Its time to replace those old lies, those weeds of hatred, of doubt, of bitterness, and replace them with truth. Its time to ask God to help you to not only know but believe who the bible says you are. You are not trash. You are amazing and made for so much more. Stop looking back. Stop believing the lies that God cant forgive you and stop believing the lies you wont be healed. Forgive yourself and love yourself, be compassionate and be kind towards yourself. Know that you are strong because God makes you strong. Dont ever give up and don't ever forget that you have God anx you have people in your life that are cheering for you.
