// gosh. all of it? the vibe, the realistic tragedy of it all. man from a broken, violent home, turning to drugs to cope, dying from it, & then falling head over heels for another man who's undoubtedly on the same level as his own awful father, but sees he's worth something (no matter what that value is rooted in)
