26/6 Happy Stitch day! (or 6/26 for USA format) XD
It was yesterday for me but I’m happy I managed to spare some time this weekend for a picture.
This is a scene from a chapter in my fanfiction called Error 626. The three of them had some fun together after a bad time, and Lilo put Stitch’s Elvis wig on him. I actually forget what chapter it was but I’d wanted to draw this scene for a while now. Glad I got around to it!
In my AU/story Stitch is Jumba’s biological son so he has a bit of a different look and Jumba also managed to get back his hair. ^^ (sorry for any typos I’m dead tired)

Reviewing Build a Bear’s Angel plush and how much the images for her are NOT truthful to what you are getting at all. I am super disappointed but at least I have something to share on 6.24 aka Angel Day.
Now Build A Bear used to have quality products when I remember it 10 years ago but it had been years since I gotten anything from them. I was expecting something much more of quality, this is closer to something you’d get at Walmart, its not even close to a DISNEY STORE plush.
Also note the Stitch & Angel logo on her paw and the lack of even a ‘Lilo & Stitch’ on the tag ;o Lilo censorship strikes again
The images on the website seem to show her being way more posable, just look at how they have her hands and feet in many of the pictures, she's sitting and holding a paw up, her head upward when on four legs ect. It really looks like you can move her arms and display her in different ways.
None of what I could with the plush I got. She's just stuck in that stance, blocky and I cant do anything about it. Now looking back on Build a Bear’s website I see almost all the plush ‘holding out their hand/paw’ and I guess its just a ‘thing’ they do but really if the plush cant do that without YOU holding its hand out then don't show the hand being held out by itself.
I really wanted to the Stitch one but now I am seriously reconsidering it if that is the same quality as this.
I got her on sale on Amazon Prime Day but Build a Bear also has a sale still going on, I think for 25 dollars this is a good plush but no way for 30 or 50 would I see it worth it. There's much better Angel plush out there. I feel the need to get Stitch to complete my collection BUT I’m still on the fence about it. It is a GOOD Plush Its just not up to the old Build a Bear Standards I remember.
Today is the 18th anniversary of Lilo & Stitch. June 21 marks the day Lilo & Stitch the movie was released and started the franchise. It’s also experiment 621 day! Happy 18th anniversary to Lilo & Stitch from Save Lilo & Stitch
Today is the 24th anniversary of the wide release of the original Lilo & Stitch.
This year's anniversary is more solemn after the recent death of Lilo Pelekai's original voice actress, Daveigh Chase, on June 16, which just so happened to be anniversary of the original film's premiere. This 'ohana has already gone through some losses of important cast members before, with David Ogden Stiers (the original voice of Dr. Jumba Jookiba) and Zoe Caldwell (the original voice of the Grand Councilwoman), but to lose such a young talent who voiced one of the namesakes of our beloved film and franchise stings even more.
This drawing of Stitch, Scrump, and Pudge was recently made by the original film's writer-directors Dean DeBlois and Chris Sanders in tribute to her.
For me, I would like to dedicate this year's Stitch Week in memory of Chase. Again, we will never forget you in this 'ohana, Daveigh.

Although still somewhat overlooked in Disney's eyes as he's sandwiched (HA!) between his more iconic predecessor and successor, the little snarky Sandwich Boy remains an indelible part of our 'ohana! (He has been getting more merch, though!)

Well, admittedly, it's still not quite so happy knowing that this film was the last time the late Daveigh Chase voiced Lilo (the later release of the episode "Link" notwithstanding), but to see that the entire complete original Lilo & Stitch saga is now two decades old is still something to behold. Leroy, despite being a red unreformed Stitch doppelgänger limited to just his debut film in the original canon, has nevertheless become beloved in his own right. He's even been making inroads on the merchandising front in recent years! (Pops! Pins! Plushies!)
Speaking of which, it's been recently revealed that he's even coming to Disney Lorcana in 2027!
Angel's been having a banner year with new animation appearances hitting us like a comet including the "Glitter Glide" song and music video and now Stitch & Angel's Perfect Summer Day! She also made her Disney Lorcana debut with Winterspell back in February.
This alien siren just keeps charming her away into fans' hearts. Keep on swaying through the night with those stars in your eyes, Angel! You're so intergalactic!
