do you use stim tools or toys and which ones if you do
I do! I have a lot of stim toys. I have a lot of tactile squishy balls full of goo or sand or water, and a number of visual toys like my light up glow jar, and a tube with little plastic balls that spiral down, and several glitter jars that I made myself. Because I’m so sensitive to sounds and smells, I don’t have a lot of those kinds of stim tools, but I do have a rose essential oil that I use as part of my calming routine to come down after a meltdown.

stim toy collection :) they got a new organization system recently and I am very happy
my stimagz are here :) i like them so far and am learning different ways to play with them :)
