I LOVE child's pose 💕 I've had entire self-practice sessions the consist of child's pose hand to god!! Starting child's pose acts like coming back to the womb and helps to tune out what's around you and truly tune inward. Meditation Technique: Body Scan: I start every single one of my classes with a body scan as well. Tuning into each part of my body and just noticing, without feeling the need to change anything helps me to express gratitude for each part of my body, exactly as it is at this very moment.
