so stiles is grown up now and bulked out somewhat and strong and all derek can think about is having stiles pin him down on the mattress where he's daydreamed about stiles fucking him so many times. derek can't control his lust anymore or the way it seeps out through the edges every single time he looks at stiles.
somehow stiles likes him back and somehow they end up in bed and stiles is on the bottom and derek nearly whines with want. he wants stiles but not like this, he wants stiles to top him and fuck him and take him until he can't breathe, until he can't smell or see or taste anything but stiles.
derek can't wait anymore, the need overwhelming him. another pitiful whine leaves the back of his throat and he flips them over. stiles understands, of course he does, and he bites down on derek's neck and derek nearly cries, because this is what he wants. this is all he's wanted but hardly let himself hope for. and now stiles is grinding against him and grabbing the lube with raised eyebrows, and derek appreciates him asking but he doesn't have to, because derek is all stiles', now and forever.
stiles' long fingers thrust and stim inside him, tease and fuck him, and derek presses his eyes closed and grips the sheets with his claws and rocks back onto stiles' digits, and whines and cries and begs, with stiles' mouth inhaling all his pretty, desperate noises. stiles bites his bottom lip, tugging it gently, and derek growls and pants and pleads. begs stiles to take him now, to fuck him, please, it's all he wants, please, stiles.
and now stiles is sliding into him and stretching him wide, and his weight is finally, finally pinning derek down, and it's hard to breathe but it's everything he wants. stiles fucks like it's the end of the world, and derek is all that matters, and he wraps his legs around stiles' strong back and molds himself to his mate. his stiles, his everything. lets himself be taken care of for once, lets stiles love him back. because he does.

Derek kisses him for the first time one night when the moon is almost full and the stars light up the darkened sky. His fangs nip Stiles' lip and he licks up the blood. Stiles just moans.
possessiveness, 3k
Derek is possessive. He'd say it's in his nature, but he wasn't like this before.
Before Stiles.
Something about the boy makes his fangs draw out of his gums and his claws lengthen. Stiles has saved his life many times, too many times â from the cops, the kanima, even the nogitsune, from Stiles' body himself. Stiles has wormed his way into Derek's heart, under his skin, left his scent on Derek's clothes and neck without realizing what he's done.
But who is Derek kidding. It's Stiles. Of course he knows. Stiles knows everything.
There have been several⊠exit points in Derek's life. More than he can count, but times that would have been easy for him to leave the world. He's been in the mindset to want to, having nothing left to keep him here. But now, there's Stiles, and if nothing else, then Derek needs, yearns, to protect Stiles with all that he can, sink his claws into the boy and wrap his body around his and keep him close. Keep him near, keep him safe, keep him alive. Because now, without either of them acknowledging it directly, Stiles is his.
It's beyond things like Derek sneaking up onto Stiles' roof or into his room to guard him while he sleeps and awaken him from nightmares. It's beyond scenting him at pack meetings or watching his back as they fight the next big bad. No, Derek does more.
Stiles often wonders what Derek does during the day while he's at school, while the pack is busy doing normal teenage things. Derek doesn't tell him directly, but one day they make eye contact while Stiles is jogging on the track field.
There's a large black wolf hidden in the shadows of the forest, and its eyes are glowing red as they lock with Stiles' amber gaze, and Stiles stares, and then winks.
"See you later, Sourwolf," he says under his breath, and continues jogging with scarlet eyes watching and watching him.

Interlude by haletostilinski
After Stiles saved Derek (and Derek saved Stiles) from the FBI raid in the finale, but before they make it back to Beacon Hills for the final fight, they find a remote motel to hole up in for the night, and when feelings are confessed, they decide to take their burgeoning relationship to the next level. With the crazy world they live in, getting a pocket of time to find some happiness together is an opportunity neither Stiles or Derek can choose to pass up on.

Stiles rescues Derek from that FBI raid, but it doesn't exactly go according to plan. Fortunately, he's good at improvising...
Missing moment from The Wolves of War.
Falling in love is formulaic. Just interest, proximity, and intent. Staying in love isnât much different. Itâs forethought, commitment, and work. Most people arenât really interested in the second part. Most people think that love is a feeling, not a choice. Most people fail at love.
Unlike most people, Derek was wholly interested in both falling in love and staying in love. He knew love was a choice. However, he was very much like most people in that he failed at love, again and again. And he knew it was because of one, simple, inescapable truth.
Derek Hale was an irredeemable asshole.
He was educated, handsome, successful, and generous. But he would not, could not, handle sarcasm. Sure, he could recognize it well enough, and on rare occasions professionals used it successfully in writing or performances. But in real life, in day-to-day interactions? No. Absolutely not. Whenever he heard sarcasm, it sounded like someone trying to pull off a poorly executed insult or downright lie, then wave it off as a joke.
Not appreciating sarcasm did not make him an asshole per se, but calling it out every time he heard it absolutely made him an asshole. He had a near compulsive need to tell people that they were acting like bad liars, that they were not remotely funny, and, most importantly, that sarcasm was the most low-effort and immature form of verbal humor to ever exist. It was one step below fart jokes, which wasn't even a fair comparison, because fart jokes could actually be funny.
Naturally, Derek was not fun at parties.
Being educated, handsome, successful, and generous meant that he never lacked company if he wanted it. Most people were more than willing to tolerate him, up to a certain point. He had a long list of hookups and short-term partners, a few men but mostly women, since his romantic relationships never seemed to last more than a few months. But he wanted more, he wanted connection. Why was it so hard to find people that weren't sarcastic idiots?
Despite his failures, Derek still had hope. He was only 27, after all. He figured that he would find the right woman in his early 30s, someone more mature than the women who threw themselves at him now, only caring about his looks and his family's money. Until then, he tried his best to avoid idiots at all costs.
Sometimes, idiots were unavoidable, especially when family obligations were involved. It was a BBQ this time, to celebrate his youngest sister Cora's college graduation. There were at least 30 of her school friends, most of whom Derek didn't recognize. The few he did recognize sent sly looks and giggles his way, reminding him of the insufferable sleepovers from high school where Cora's friends would dare each other to bother him. Derek sighed, taking another sip of his beer and reminding himself that he promised his mother he would be polite. Which, relatively speaking, wasn't all that polite.
âYou must be the famous Ice Prince all the sorority sisters are gushing about,â a voice said to his left, giving Derek a light nudge with his elbow. âAnd a few of the frat bros, too."
He turned to see one of Cora's friends standing next to him. He was close to Derek's height, with shaggy brown hair and golden-honey eyes. Derek noticed he had a small, dark mole on his left cheek.
âExcuse me?â Derek replied.
âOh shit, did you not know they all call you that? Well, I'm honored to be the one to break the news,â the man said with a smile.
Derek scowled at the stranger, already feeling the vein in his temple bulge with the effort to be polite.
âI see,â he bit out.
The nickname didn't bother him. He had been called far worse. It was the stranger's complete lack of grace, tact, and situational awareness that bothered him. Who started a conversation with an insult? Derek cracked his brain thinking of a way he could politely get out of this conversation.
âI'm Stiles, by the way. The Sheriff's kid. I'm telling you now because if you shit-talk my dad, I'm legally obligated to tell on you."
The vein in his temple bulged larger.
âUnderstood,â Derek replied coldly.
This was hell. Next time his family threw a party, Derek was going to say he was sick. He would even take time off work to sell the story.
âWow, they weren't kidding with the whole ice prince thing. Then again, I guess it was a pretty shitty opener.

Ultimate Guide to Building a Pack by FinchInTheMines
Derek flies off the handle at Stiles after Scott's betrayal, only to realize that Stiles is both injured and looking to check on how he is doing. They don't have a chance to reconcile as they are both captured by hunters working under Gerard. They turn the alpha feral in order to get him to kill Stiles but something different happens instead, leaving the two boys to work out their feelings and issues while recovering from the encounter and trying to rebuild the Hale pack.
Derek's Most Prized Possession by SterekLoverForEver
That dumb bitch. A stupid fucking witch. She just had to come to Beacon Hills after things had been quiet.
Luring the pack out thinking it was Stiles as if heâd asked the pack to meet at the preserve in the middle of the night. The pack stands, surrounding the witch in a circle. She looks at the pack before picking her victim. She runs to attack Stiles but Derek jumps in front of him at the last second.
âDerek! NO!â Stiles yells but itâs too late. The witch looks stunned before grinning; she cackles before punching Derek in the chest. A bolt of lightning shoots out of her hands and into Derek. He slumps to the floor growling. The pack runs to their alpha to stop the witch from doing more harm.
She stands over Derek. âYouâll kill your mate and your pack, you wonât be able to control the chaos inside. Too bad I wonât be here to see it.â She shrugs her shoulders before snapping her fingers and disappearing. The pack looks around to see if they can find her, when they turn up blank they turn back to Derek
The Animal Inside (Distance makes the wolf grow fonder) by rororowyourboat
Stiles comes back from a month in Poland to... a half-naked, non-verbal, semi-feral Derek. He's determined to help Derek get back to normal, and if that involves cuddles... who is he to say no?
The Cursed Wolf by SinQueen69
2023 Suggestion Anon Wanted: Feral alpha Derek, who has been cursed and got in that feral state. The only way to lift the curse is the "sacrifice" of a pure heart. And Virgin Omega Stiles is willing to help him but the ritual has to be a mating run.

Recognize Me? by christinchen
Derek gets kidnapped by hunters, by the time he's rescued he's feral and runs off into the woods. Stiles goes after him... of course he does!
When Stiles was faced with a very feral, very naked Derek, he thought he would be lucky to leave the situation with his life and pride attached.
He got more, so much more.
How Is Your Heart? by Sylvesterelle
Derek thought itâd feel like weightlessness. Thatâs how it felt after the fire - like so many of the strings grounding him had been cut, like he was one strong breeze away from oblivion.
So when the unthinkable happens and the unbreakable breaks, Derek doesn't understand what he's feeling. Doesn't understand that instead of weightlessness, there would be nothing but weight. The weight of his pain, of his loss, of the sudden, inexorable truth of his own isolation.
And then Derek doesn't understand anything at all.
Or: the AU where Derek goes feral after Laura's death and only the power of ~true love~ can bring him back.
You're My Sanctuary by lilmissdaydreamer
The Argent Wolf Sanctuary. Itâs been Stilesâ dream since he was five years old to work with the wolves, ever since his mother took him up there to see the magnificent creatures on one of their âfull moon runsâ that the Sanctuary does once a month. The wolves are beautiful and much larger than Stiles wouldâve thought, or at least, the newest wolf is. The owner had said heâs a special breed.
Stiles just didnât realize quite how special he is.
The Animal Inside by churkey
âGood evening, Stiles. Always a pleasure,â Peter drawledâhow did he even get Stiles' number?ââI feel it is my duty, as your most beloved packmate, to warn you that Derek's gone feral and is heading in your direction. I'm sure you'll be fine.â
You Were Built On Ashes by DeancebraArt, wanderingeyre
The thing in the corner is huge, easily the largest wolf Stiles has ever seen with deep black fur that helps it blend into the gloom of the corner. The wolf opens its eyes and they flash blue. Stiles trips over his own feet in his haste to get across the room, righting himself as he goes, and falls to his knees on the floor beside the wolf.
Don't Feed the Wolves by Amazonia_8
Stiles took the dare, because what else was he supposed to do when the whole lacrosse team was chanting his name? Even though the werewolf pack had left Beacon Hills years ago, nobody was stupid enough to set foot on the Hale property.
Except, apparently, Stiles.
Now he's got a feral werewolf following him around town with the sole purpose of claiming Stiles as his own.
Lessons in Humanity by exclamation
Fleeing from werewolves, Stiles comes face to face with Derek, a werewolf human in shape but animal in his mind. Stiles is terrified of being killed, but it seems Derek has decided Stiles would make a suitable mate. Unfortunately, his idea of a romantic gift is a dead animal on the doorstep. Stiles must help Derek remember what it is to be human... and figure out how to explain his new werewolf stalker to his dad.
Wooden Walls by terminaltongues
Stiles is reaching out before he can think things through. His fingers trace the hardened line of the manâs shifted face.
âI wish you didnât have these,â he says running a fingertip over Derekâs canines. So I could kiss you. The words get stuck in his throat and for once he stops them before they can leave his mouth.

Soothing the Savage Beast by missmagooÂ
Stiles had always hoped it wouldnât come to this.
He knows he has to be sold once he comes of age, but being bought at auction by a crazy billionaire as a gift for his feral nephew? That's worse than any deep, dark fear he could have ever imagined.
Stand Fast in Your Enchantments by DevilDoll, orphan_account
"Stiles knew damn well what a pissed-off wolf sounded like, and every hair on the back of his neck was telling him that somewhere in this room was a very pissed-off werewolf." An AU in which Derek is feral, Stiles is magical, and they eat a lot of fast food.
Throw Away the Key by mommymuffin
Stiles knew it was stupid to go to the huntersâ headquarters all by himself, so when he finds himself caught, he can really only blame himself.
It shouldn't surprise Stiles when the situation quickly goes from bad to worse as the hunters throw him to a feral werewolf waiting to tear him apart.
Sucks that it's Derek, though.
Feral by melofttroll
Scottâs yelling now as the Jeep comes to a halt, and Stiles ignores him as he clambers from the seat. The skid turned the Jeep completely around, and his headlights are pointed at something that is decidedly not dog-ish, or bear-ish, but very, very human.
And by the shuddering breaths coming from the manâs chest, very much alive.

Lock All The Doors Behind You by entanglednow
He has no idea what you're supposed to say when you find one of your...werewolf acquaintances, completely out of their mind, growling like they're about to see what your insides taste like. There's no handbook for this. Stiles is thinking that if he survives he might write one.
Hermit and the Wildman by GreenÂ
Since coming into his magic, Stiles lives a life of seclusion deep in the Preserve. Derek comes to him, half-feral and in trouble. Maybe Stiles needs Derek just as much as Derek seems to need him.
Feral by CelestialVoid
Stiles wakes up to a broken window and a creature in the tree outside his bedroom window.
Safe Mind by LadyDraceÂ
Derek goes missing for a while and comes back full wolf. Only problem is that his mind has gone wolf too, and for some reason the only one he'll allow near him... is Stiles.
Waiting by isthatbloodonhisshirt (wasterella)
Not wanting to think on it too much, Stiles took a step forward and passed his hand between the bars, moving the bleeding side closer to Derekâs mouth.
âNot too close, he bites.â
Stiles snatched his hand away just as Derek had been about to lick at it. The snarl he got in response was not comforting.
âHe what?â Stiles asked nervously, turning to Deaton.
The man looked a little amused. âDonât worry, only if he doesnât like you.â
âWell, he probably hates me, now!â Stiles insisted, turning back to Derek.
He looked extremely displeased.
when sterek get married, they both cry when they say their vows.
derek tries to pretend he doesn't notice the moisture welling up in his eyes, at the same time as he's helping to brush away stiles' own tears. he leaves his hand there, cupping stiles' face, stroking his beaming cheek with his thumb as he gazes at him so tenderly, and listens as stiles makes it through his speech without completely losing it.
stiles grips his wrist with one hand and interlaces his fingers with the other one, so they're touching everywhere they can. nobody exists around them right now; not lydia officiating, not john in the front row, not melissa sniffing and blotting her own tears. all that matters is each other, and the last moments before they're joined together officially.
derek says his vows with a smile, soft and warm just for stiles, and stiles cries again, or maybe he never stopped. he can't believe he's here, with the person he loves most in the universe. all for him, all his own.
when the time comes for them to kiss, they don't break away for ages, too wrapped up in each other to care about anything else. derek kisses stiles hard, and stiles melts into him and clings to him and then they're making out and scott gags but all derek can feel is stiles' smile against his lips and stiles' fingers in his hair and stiles' body against his own.
his mate, his husband. his.
then there are speeches and hugs but still stiles and derek do not separate. their hands are always interlaced as they give one-armed hugs. derek's palm rests on stiles' back when he embraces his dad.
they cut the cake with derek's arms wrapped around stiles' waist from behind, nuzzling into his neck. they don't drink the champagne, wolfsbane-laced or not, because they want to remember this forever. when they're so utterly happy and together and each other's. their new rings match as well as their mating bites, and they can't stop staring down at their hands, staring into each other's eyes. can't stop looking at each other, loving each other.
their first dance seems to go on forever. they sway gently back and forth in each other's arms, stiles' arms wrapped around derek's neck and derek's wide palms enveloping stiles' waist. no space exists between them. their foreheads meet and stiles cups derek's head and they close their eyes and sway. they're in their own world again, and the air smells happy and warm and peaceful, and they never thought they'd get this. it's still so surreal.
their faces hurt from grinning and kissing and at some point they give up dancing entirely and just stand there hugging and rocking each other. pressed completely together, warm and solid against each other's bodies. i love you is not enough to encompass the magnitude of their affection, but they can't stop saying it anyway, over and over. each wondering how they ended up with someone so perfect for them, someone they fell in love with so completely, someone who, over the years, became everything.
"you're mine," stiles whispers against derek's mouth, smile still stretching it wide, and derek echoes the words back, tacking forever on at the end. it's not cheesy if it's true.
their noses are brushing and derek gives into his wolf and nuzzles, the wolf preening and happy with his mate forever by his side. stiles moves his hand to cup derek's neck, scenting him, and it makes the wolf want to roll around in the scent, smell like nothing else but him and stiles for the rest of time.
stiles kisses his forehead and leaves his lips there while derek burrows into his neck, and sits in the feeling of getting to have something he'd never even dreamed of. something that shouldn't be possible for him. but here, in his arms, always, is stiles, who loves him up to the moon and back.
