Day 1 festival headliner Jasmine "Minnie" Rai took the Pavilion stage with her newfound live band and gave it her best.

Unfortunately the novel mysterious pink disease creeped up on the gig, but the show must go on and the audience seemed to be enjoying themselves regardless.

Stella: I can't decide which is weirder – this flashing pink nightmare or the fact that your planet still needs this sort of event to be held to campaign for equality. Back home on Sixam it was so natural to just be who you are without a single question. But... thank you for bringing me here Oph, I had a lot of fun today.

Ophelia Nigmos & Stella Terrano

Then Ophelia finally graduated and moved in with Stella. They decided to stay in that apartment until their contract ends (and then they'll probably buy a house from Olive's inheritance), so they started refurnishing it a little and making it feel more like home. They plan to stay in Strangetown so Stella can live close to her work. Ophelia's plan is to become a psychotherapist, or at least a counsellor, and then start her own private counselling practice somewhere down the line.

Johnny and Ophelia fell out a little when they broke up, but by now they've rekindled their friendship, and Johnny gets along with Stella too. They're also the only ones he told about what's been happening between him and Tank so far (since Ophelia has also become good friends with Tank in college).

It seems there is something about aliens that Ophelia finds attractive and strangely comforting. She grew up feeling like a bit of an outsider, it makes sense she's drawn to Sims who know what it feels like to not belong. Stella Terrano grew up on Sixam and was sent to this planet by her parents to attend college here and prepare for a future on Earth (they wanted the best for their daughter and they were concerned about the declining quality of life on Sixam). Stella spoke the language and had no difficulty getting by, but she took a long time to get used to certain habits and small differences (like how humans wear their hair), but Ophelia helped her whenever she could.

Fiesta Hall Dorms was home to all sorts of different Sims, including sensitive Blossom Moonbeam, studious Klara Vonderstein, stuck up William Williamson, easily impressed Stella Terrano and annoyingly immature competing twins Aldric and Almeric (not all pictured). William and Klara developed a strong dislike for each other which started with a small conflict over the expresso machine and is now an ongoing fight over economics and politics.

Stella: Oh, I haven't had this before. It's quite good actually. Would it be rude of me to eat all of them if nobody comes downstairs soon?

Blossom: Help! I'm not feeling too well... I'm not used to all this heat...
