Aster is see no evil, he didn’t see any evil of what he was doing until it was too late, and the hands that were covering his eyes and uncovered. Then he saw all the evil he had done.
Astra is say no evil, he saw and heard everything, but yet he didn’t say anything. Until it was too late. And he was no longer able to speak, hear, see, or think about it.
Stella is hear no evil, she didn’t hear any evil, and even if she did, she believe aster wasn’t evil so she ignored them. until it was too late and she saw evil with her own eyes and what it had done to her and her people
