#TheWritersDilemma No.14 Are you a writer? Are you married? If you are, then you will be familiar with this dilemma. Or maybe it isn't a real dilemma for you... . . Well, I don't write erotica, but my stories all have sexual content to varying degrees. #AnEmotionalAffair is lukewarm on that scale, #TheChurchGirl is warm and #Broken is hot! They are all romantic, but #TheChurchGirl is probably the most romantic. Writing romantic or sexual scenes does get me a little hot, depending on how steamy it is. I try not to put them in 'just because', but to convey a point or to build up the story. Sometimes, it can be more exciting indulging in a "new romance" in fiction writing, than continuing on the "old romance" in your own life. However, I've also found that when I get excited after or while writing a passionate or sensual scene, I like to have hubby around...to release some tension π So, about this dilemma... Ummm, most times, I'd rather the steamy romantic writing, because I tend to knock out two birds with a stone.
