Kontravoid: Too Deep Remixes (2020)
I’ve been on the lookout for any and all of Fractions’ output since teaming up with Zanias on three tracks. He’s the reason why I’m here. His juiced-as-fuck “So It Seems” remix is the craziest thing I heard in synthwave and the best track on Kontravoid’s follow-up remix e.p. Statiqbloom, Multiple Man, and Physical Wash also lend a hand with a track each and also is a testimony of Kontravoid / Cameron Findlay’s knack of finding praised talent. Also include another favorite of ours: Melania’s take on “Open The Wound” which is a smoother, catchier version of the original. For a more power-driven experience, however, gravitate more towards the original 2019 album. That’s where the real money comes in.
