I had this as a rundown trailer at first (also on my gallery), but I really felt that the neighborhood could use some color - so here we go. It's not really boho, but maybe boho-ish... This will be an available starter in the savefile, no townie will live here by default. Also there seems to be a problem with the price... I SWEAR in my game it's exactly 19.992§ to move in here but that doesn't match with the gallery price.. weird.

[of course this is just the way I will be using the lot... do whatever you like with it]

Here’s another for you and this time I decided to build a starter home - which was soooooo challenging! But here’s my Cute Starter for 4!

It’s CC free and all the packs I’ve used are listed down below + all the instructions to download it.

It’s a cute starter home and it has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and it’s placed on a 20x20 lot in Brindleton Bay! It’s fully functional and it also includes some skill building items so your sims can easily start their life here!  A lot of debug items included as well eheh.
