She's not so sure about Knife and Shads 🤣 She has clocked him as smth funny going on with the mind flayer, and also is unsure he would change for Shads. But, she sees he has brought comfort to Shads and has also, most importantly, let her make her own decisions)
When someday writing post game things for Silmë and Gale, I wanna slip in that Morena is surprised to find herself low key mad that she never gets to be like "SO WHEN ARE YOU HAVING GRANDCHILDREN????" bc Gale unexpectedly knocks Silmë up and she's like 2 or 3 months pregnant at their wedding 😂 (they get married the day before the epilogue bc they HAVE to have a beach wedding so it's gotta NOT be winter lol).
Fr I think now that Gale is married AND having a baby Morena is secretly like
"Well well well. So my son finally got married. And is going to be a father! I can't badger him about grandchildren anymore, can't badger him to have a relationship with a real person anymore - not that he let me, he was so protective of that relationship with Mystra AND LOOK WHERE THAT GOT HIM. By the gods, he finally listened to me, and now I don't know what to do with myself!"
Needless to say I think she would THROW herself into being a grandma 😂 . A little too much perhaps, I can see her Meddling™ too often - with good intent! But I've yet to speak to a woman whose mother in law or own mother didn't cause friction by insisting on doing things her way, even when nicely asked, and then told not to lol.
Morena is absolutely at her happiest in multi Tav AU, bc not only did her son FINALLY bring home a fiancee and is getting married, but bc she ALSO has Isidro to borderline adopt, fuss over, and badger about marriage and children 😂. And there is NO shortage of news and gossip for her thanks to Gale, Silmë, and Isidro's large friend group of fellow tadfools: what everyone's up to, how Minthy's baby is doing, how Xanaphia & Astarion get unexpectedly pregnant, Prince & Shads and their crazy twins or triplets situation 😂, and constantly asking when "that handsome Ravengard boy" is getting married 😂. This is all of course beyond the juicy af gossip you KNOW Withers is bringing her 🤣

Gale & Silmë post game family shenanigans, inspired by my sister in law politely informing my niece she would have to take away her whistle because "obnoxious toys get removed" and I was like "they get banished!"
Gale casting BANISH on an "obnoxious" toy that Pop Pop (Silmë's dad Beren) gave the kids, and sending it to Avernus 😂
(Beren adores Gale and they get along, but his cheerful, LOUD, fun personality often makes him an Enabler with the kids 😂)

The Wizard of Waterdeep, the prodigy, once Chosen of Mystra, destined for greatness, felled into ignominy by ambition and pride. An unexpected doom appointed upon them both when Silmarien's soft, small hand, dusted with lighting, placed itself in Gale's elegant one, slightly calloused and hiding the blighted blood underneath, and pulled him free of his fate: the doom of both the bitter and the sweet.
“Well, I’m sure as a wizard you’re more than capable of conjuring up such luxuries as feather pillows and beds for us all.”
Now that hit too close to the bruising mark on his chest, and what it had taken from him. He was about to quip back, when Silmarien continued, as she checked a blanket over for holes. “Not that I’d expect you to. We’re certainly all exhausted. But if you make one just for yourself, I won’t tell anybody.” She winked.
“Well, in that case, I'd make one for my fellow co-conspirator as well, for being kind enough to keep this just between us. I’m sure a few in this crowd would find something to complain about even if I conjured us up a house.”
She laughed, and he leaned ever so slightly towards her, to be closer to that lovely sound. Before today, just how long had it been since he’d made someone laugh?
