“Souvenirs d'un passé perdu” - Memories of a lost past. Meant to post this earlier in the week, just wanted to share a few glimpses of a visit to Notre Dame which I was so very fortunate to see. I also see the debate of why so much funding is being raised for this tragedy while there are so many tragedies around, I for one think the Cathedral should be restored & rebuilt, to me, it transcends France, even Religion, it is a human icon of perseverance & resolve, of design & engineering, of sombre & solace.
