these observations are based on my experiences, take what resonates. on the other hand, these observations are all generalizations, i'm not taking into account the entire context of a chart. i might do a post that's more in depth and specific in the future, but this is not the case now.
venus conjunct mars: a year where you might have people flirting with you more often, even if it wasn't the case before. might also indicate that you feel more confident and secure within yourself.
moon in scorpio: even if you have this placement in your natal chart (like i do), just know this is going to be an emotional "death" year. there will be a low, like trenches low, might even put you in a kind of vegetative state for a minute, but overall it's a year where you learn tremendously about where you stand with your values, beliefs and whether they still serve you or not. also shows that you are letting go of something (hence the "death" part). for e.g if it's in the 7th house it'll probably be a close relationship, like a friendship or s/o, or even an enemy (who you might've believed was your friend at first).
saturn in the 6th house: a LOT of responsibilities and might even bring up some health issues. it's a time where i am literally begging you to rest and take care of your body and mental health, because all the work will take a toll on you. that's usually when the health scares creep up on you. e.g the year i had this i didn't even realize i was overworked. ended up IN THE SPAN OF 6 MONTHS having a serious concussion, sunstroke (basically heat stroke, but more worse), caught the flu 3 times, digestive arrest that lasted a week, and a lot of panic attacks. CONCLUSION: go to the doctor, do your work, but find balance, because if you don't you might end up in a bad spot like i was.
mars in 2nd house: better take care of your finances... don't buy those pants just because they're pretty and they look good on you. debate whether or not what you're intending to buy is a need or a want.
chiron in the 1st house: you might feel insecure af, but trust most of that insecurity stems from self-shame. you really are amazing and it's not because you under-performed on one thing, or maybe a few things, that makes you "horrible". you are not defined by a moment in your life, or are you gonna tell me that just because you bullied someone in 7th grade you are a horrible person to the day you die? own up to your mistakes and flaws, take accountability and keep trying to learn to do better. as long as you're doing that, you're doing amazing, you have nothing to be ashamed of. and no, you are not ugly or less than the people around you. don't compare yourself to others when you are in your own lane. would you rather have a "prettier" face or be a sh.t person? your value does not dwell in your appearance.
jupiter in the 1st house: yeah you might gain weight, but don't be afraid of that happening (TW: coming from someone with an ed). you only have to watch what you eat. basically try to not eat fast food regularly, make an effort to cook meals at home and you will be fine. also, this placement might show that you are being more optimistic, more in tune spiritually and even having a "thirst" for knowledge. spend time with your friends and meet new people, live life a little and it shall be rewarding.
pluto in the 10th house: might take a minute to find your footing professionally and/or academically, but once you do you'll be an unstoppable force. be careful with people trying to put you down as well. lastly, this placement can suggest that you are contemplating your path/image, either to change it entirely or re-envisioning it.
mercury conjunct ascendant: you are all talk this year. meeting new people, expressing yourself more openly, etc. it generally indicates a more social year. if you are mercury ruled (i.e if you have a gemini or virgo rising in your natal chart, you might really love this year).
pluto conjunct descendant: careful with relationships and creeps. kind of similar to venus-pluto in that sense. you might have people approach you more often, but not necessarily with good intentions towards you. choose the people you surround yourself with wisely. nevertheless, this year your relationships will all change, including your existing ones.
mars conjunct uranus: babygirl if you are a reckless person, stop (with all due respect). if you have this natally, the some of the injuries you've suffered in your life have been at the most random of moments, happening in the most random/stupid ways (i also have this in my chart and have it frequently in my sr chart :') ). that being said, this year you might find yourself injuring yourself or even find yourself in arguments that you didn't intend to be involved with, they just kind of happened. don't be alarmed though, it's not horrible. but do try to not put yourself in clearly dangerous scenarios.
for anyone who read my last astrology observations post where i mentioned my exam season: i finished my geology major with a 4.3 gpa (very virgo rising of me haha)! thank you to everyone who wished me luck or just thought of wishing me luck, i appreciate it very much <3

Jupiter in Cancer in the houses, when thinking about the Solar Return, speaks about how each area of life will be expanded and nourished during the 365-day cycle starting from your birthday.
The Solar Return marks the beginning of your personal year (not that one after New Year’s Eve): it’s the moment when the Sun returns exactly to the same point it occupied when you were born — which happens on your birthday.
It is your new beginning, the dialogue between who you are and what you are being called to become.
When analyzing a Solar Return, it is essential to observe the natal chart alongside the return chart, because the Return is always a dialogue between the original purpose of the soul and the experiences that life is bringing now.
It is the next step in the journey of consciousness. 🩵
The astrology of the Solar Return does not speak only about the tendencies of our personal year, but about being aware of them 💚.
Understanding the vibrations is different from being at their mercy.
And it’s important:
even after Jupiter changes signs in the sky, this energy keeps vibrating throughout the entire Solar Return year.
It’s like a photograph of your moment — it continues to influence you, even if the planet has already moved, because in the Solar Return it was present.
Understanding your Solar Return is to perceive what is being called into the light and to consciously choose how to act. True freedom comes from awareness — not from running away from yourself, but from looking at yourself with presence.
Astrology is only one of the paths to this: symbolic, beautiful, and structured, but not the only one!
But I speak of it here because it’s my niche<3
Saint-Germain speaks a lot about true freedom in The “I AM” Discourses: the West, in particular, values free will very much, but often in a way disconnected from real freedom.
The Violet Ray of Saint Germain is freedom — a freedom that is born from awareness.
If you run away from looking at yourself, that’s free will, but it’s not freedom — it’s escape.
It’s like running with chains still around your feet. It looks like you’re free, but you’re not.
True freedom comes from looking at yourself with presence.
Jupiter in Cancer invites expansion of the inner world, the emotions, and the roots.
It amplifies whatever it touches and reveals what already exists — including the stored waters within.
Why? Because Jupiter expands.
Jupiter, which rules Sagittarius — and Sagittarius, in turn, rules the ninth house — brings the vibe of looking at things with more depth, connection, expansion, and courage.
That’s why, when it is in Cancer, the call is precisely to expand inner matters, and how they will appear depends on how they’ve been seen and dealt with up to this point.
Sometimes it’s uncomfortable to look within, but it’s essential.
This placement speaks about emotional growth, nourishment, and self-compassion.
Jupiter in Cancer in the 1st house — Solar Return 💓
In the 1st house, it indicates a call to expand one’s own energy and to nourish oneself genuinely.
It’s not only about giving - it’s also about receiving nourishment.
This placement asks you to look at whether you are taking care of yourself to the same degree that you care for others.
Sometimes, those who have Cancer rising (Cancer in the 1st house) overflow love toward others and forget their own body, their own self-esteem.
Balance comes when that tenderness also flows back inward.
This placement in the Solar Return indicates a year of expansion of the “self,” but in a present and loving way — a look at who you are and how much you are truly taking care of yourself.
Be careful with indulgence or with the tendency to seek nourishment for emotional emptiness from someone else or in unhealthy ways.
Jupiter in Cancer in the 2nd house — Solar Return 💚
When Jupiter in Cancer touches the 2nd house, the focus is different: emotional stability.
A desire for security, for solid ground.
The 2nd house is Taurus’s house — fixed earth, the search for comfort and balance.
It’s the place where we want to know where we are standing.
Jupiter here speaks of emotional abundance — a longing to establish something, to build something lasting.
It may be material, emotional, or both.
It’s the kind of energy that wants to turn feeling into something tangible.
It’s the “I want to feel that I have a foundation, I want to belong.”
It is also a placement of value-building.
“What truly has value for me?
What makes me feel safe?”
From those answers, the being begins to realign their relationships, habits, and bonds in order to reach true emotional wholeness.
And there’s more: Jupiter is exalted in Cancer, so when it finds an earth house like the 2nd, it flows harmoniously.
It’s a fertile year to make emotional and material dreams real, to establish solid partnerships, and to feel at home within yourself.
Be cautious of excessive self-affirmation through material or concrete matters, and of attachment to the past or to the comfort zone.
Jupiter in Cancer in the 3rd house — Solar Return 💓
When Jupiter in Cancer falls in the 3rd house, the focus changes again.
The 3rd house is the house of communication, exchange, and curiosity.
And so, we have an interesting blend here: an expansive and emotional planet in a space (house = the “where”) that is mental and social.
This can generate a year full of great emotional insights — those “now I understand!” epiphanies.
It can be a period of self-discovery through exchange with others, learning about one’s own feelings, and giving voice to emotions.
But it is also a transit that calls for caution regarding emotional dispersion. Gemini, the natural ruler of the 3rd house, is volatile — it feels, and then it changes.
So, it’s important to anchor what is discovered — not to let emotional perceptions remain only as flashes.
Emotional exchanges may become somewhat superficial.
Jupiter wants expansion, something big, something fulfilling and amplifying.
Gemini seeks something quicker — not necessarily shallow or unstable, but something that constantly stimulates.
“I want stimulus, stimulus, stimulus.”
And this may lead, in the shadow side, to the search for superficial affections, even though, deep down, Jupiter desires something profound.
Emotionally, there can be confusion — wanting to dive deep and ending up swimming in shallow waters.
But there is a very good potential in all this — it depends on free will, of course.
It can represent a curious being in search of emotional exchanges, willing to live experiences that will lead to something firmer.
Not that everyone needs to start dating or seek something serious, but it’s a fact that more stable and constant relationships bring greater satisfaction and mental stability.
Cancer desires security.
If the person goes too far into Geminian energy — seeking only stimulation and exchange — they follow only a fraction of Cancer and much more of the house, which is only the “where” of the energy.
The planet shows the “what,” the sign shows the “how,” and the house shows the “where.”
When the “where” (house) starts defining the “what” and the “how,” everything becomes distorted.
This placement can become misaligned more easily than others.
It is not better or worse — it simply brings more challenge.
It is natural that we have some positions that flow more easily and others that bring more complexity.
That is part of astrological reality (planetary dignities).
In the field of potentials,
Jupiter passing through the 3rd house brings the quest to expand emotional self-knowledge.
The person wants to understand the reasons behind their reactions, to comprehend what they feel and what they communicate.
There may also be expansion in the field of education, or even a family vibration — a desire to grow, form bonds, and build.
The 3rd house has this curious, light, mental energy, but when Jupiter in Cancer touches it, it may symbolize the impulse to expand the family, nurture bonds, and create something.
Jupiter in Cancer in the 4th house — Solar Return
Jupiter in Cancer in the 4th house is a powerful emotional combination.
It is the planet of expansion in the sign and house that most speak of emotion, memory, and home.
It’s like mixing similar colors — Jupiter’s orange, Cancer’s pink, the 4th house’s rose hue, so to speak — and watching the result shine.
It is an overflowing of the inner world: feelings, memories, wounds, and affections emerge with force.
This configuration amplifies sensitivity and empathy, and it invites the revisiting of old memories — especially those related to the mother, the feminine, and ancestry.
It brings an opportunity to look at deep emotions with greater clarity, to transform wounds into understanding 💓. You can do it!
Jupiter in Cancer in the 5th house — Solar Return
The 5th house speaks of creative expression and the inner child.
Jupiter in Cancer here expands the emotional perspective and the desire to create, play, and express oneself.
It can awaken the desire for motherhood or fatherhood, or the urge to express feelings through art.
But it also carries the risk of amplifying emotional defensiveness — wounded pride, the impulse to react when hurt.
Leo, ruler of the 5th house, reacts when feeling vulnerable, and Cancer is defensive by nature.
The combination can generate reactivity.
It is important to observe defense mechanisms — they reveal wounds, not weaknesses. <3
Emotions are indicators, not definitions.
They move like inner waters reflecting messages: “I’m angry,” “I’m afraid.”
When the water stirs, it’s time to look at what caused the movement.
The 5th house, also the territory of the inner child, can awaken old emotions, defenses, and memories.
It’s not judgment — it’s survival.
And Jupiter, with its expansive energy, offers the chance to heal this more lightly, bringing rapid growth when there is emotional honesty.
Jupiter in Cancer in the 6th house — Solar Return
In the 6th house, the vibration changes: this is Virgo’s house — of routines, the body, and health.
Jupiter in Cancer here expands self-care.
It can represent a phase of nourishment, self-care, and sensitivity toward the physical and emotional body.
It can also bring challenges with self-image and insecurities, but not because of the planet itself — nothing external creates low self-esteem.
Everything that surfaces simply reflects what already lives within us.
Each discomfort reveals a wound, and each wound asks for care.
Jupiter in Cancer in the 6th house is, therefore, an invitation to take care of daily life with love, to look at the body with tenderness, and to transform the everyday into a space of nourishment and presence.💚
Emotionally, it’s a moment of expansion in this field of health and care.
The body calls for attention.
People are invited to perceive, with more affection and emotional responsibility, their own inner matters — the emotional wounds reflected in the physical body.
For those who already work with health, children, or the physical body, there may be an even stronger calling to serve.
Also for those who work with animals — after all, the 6th house is known as the house of small animals.
Veterinarians, therapists, caregivers,
all who carry within themselves a path guided by service or healing — may now feel this invitation to expand the energy of care, to exercise it in a more loving and balanced way.
And this includes looking inward too, not only outward.
It’s essential to bring balance between “me and the other,” so that, by the end of the transit, there isn’t a sense of scarcity — of having given so much and received nothing.
One must also nourish oneself.
You can only nourish others with what you have. 🤍
When you try to give what hasn’t yet bloomed within, it’s as if you were digging holes and pulling seeds from your own garden before their time.
The front garden — the self — begins to dry out, uncared for, while the back garden — the other — flourishes with what was ours.
But the cycle of the 7th house involves giving and receiving.
And when we give something we don’t yet have, the gesture doesn’t come from abundance but from lack — fear of loneliness, of rejection, of absence.
This isn’t judgment — we are all in different stages of healing.
There are no “evolved” and “unevolved” people; there are only people in process.
When one lives too focused on the other, the return can be painful — that anger of having given so much and received nothing.
Deep down, it comes from expectation.
It’s like sharing the only food you have, not knowing if there’ll be more later.
The gesture seems beautiful, but it can actually be a form of self-neglect.
Emotional responsibility means taking care of your own process, your own resources — without guilt.
That doesn’t exclude empathy; it simply adds structure to it.
Jupiter in Cancer in the 6th house speaks of that: empathy with organization, giving with measure.
“I can help you — but only as far as it doesn’t unbalance me.”
If I help beyond what I can, my garden empties, and frustration, anger, and resentment are born.
In the end, the bond suffers — because I seemed to give from the heart, but deep down I was expecting something in return.
The wisest law is that of balanced nourishment: sometimes, I cannot nurture the field of the 7th house, and that’s okay.
Nothing begins with the 7th house — it begins with the 1st: the self.
When the self is nourished, relationships blossom more naturally.
The other is drawn to abundance, not to lack.
That’s where true magnetism arises: not from dependency, but from presence.
Emotionally mature people don’t seek to save or be saved; they seek to share.
The 6th house, being practical, reminds us that small gestures — self-care, routine, organization — sustain this balance.
Cancer, in excess, can get lost in others’ emotions and forget itself.
Jupiter comes to remind us to look at both poles: where there’s excess and where nourishment is missing.
It’s about asking yourself:
Am I looking at myself or at the other?
Have I expanded my empathy, or am I simply dissolving?
Because extremes — whether absolute selfishness or unmeasured giving — are both forms of imbalance.
Jupiter in Cancer in the 7th house — Solar Return
When Jupiter enters the 7th house, it is the call to expand relationships in a Cancerian way — more affectionate, emotional, and vulnerable.
For those with Capricorn rising (and therefore Cancer ruling the 7th house), this transit is a strong invitation: to show vulnerability, to open the heart.
Capricorn tends to present itself to the world as controlled, secure, and productive — but often avoids showing emotion.
Jupiter comes to say: the emotional world also exists, and it is an essential part of life and of relationships.
The 7th house is the mirror — the place where we project what we may not accept in ourselves.
That’s why it’s common to hear someone say “I don’t like that sign on my 7th house” — because it shows the opposite of what the Ascendant wants to display.
It’s the shadow asking for integration.
Those with Capricorn rising and Cancer on the 7th house tend to resist “whining,” tears, or emotional exposure.
But Jupiter arrives saying: “Look at that too — that’s life.”
Because Cancerian affection teaches empathy, and Jupiter in Cancer in the 7th house asks for genuine connection.
If the person does not open up to feel and express affection, they end up demanding too much from others what they themselves don’t offer.
“I want love” — but I don’t make myself vulnerable.
“I want intimacy” — but I don’t allow myself to be seen.
Jupiter’s expansion asks for coherence (7th house, Libra, balance...): what I want to receive, I also need to give.
That is the true flow of a balanced 7th house — ruled by Libra, the sign of harmony.
Jupiter in Cancer in the 8th house — Solar Return
When Jupiter enters Cancer in the 8th house, the dive deepens.
Here, the planet of fire meets the deep waters of the unconscious.
It’s the mixture of light with the underground.
Cancer navigates subconscious emotions, and the 8th house is the territory of taboos, traumas, and secrets.
In this transit, invitations arise to look at what has been repressed: family traumas, emotional limiting beliefs, pains of the past.
It’s time to bring to light what has remained submerged — and to heal what still binds the soul to what has already passed.
Very often, there is emotional repression related to family.
In another sense, it brings the reflection:
What is my sexual and emotional connection like?
Am I living my sexuality in an emotionally connected way,
or am I running away from it?
Cancer can also represent fear of vulnerability, especially when it appears in the 8th house.
This is the fear of opening up, because for these people, sex demands emotional bonding.
The 8th house in Cancer is precisely that: a need for emotional safety.
But the lack of safety does not always come from the other — many times it comes from within (8th house is a 'inner house').
This transit is an invitation to recognize that the root of fear lies in one’s own emotional structure, and that healing the bond with oneself is the first step toward true intimacy.
Jupiter comes to expand — and it’s not a light expansion, because the 8th house represses a lot when it is not worked on consciously.
It is a deep astrological house.
When we work on it, it stops being repressive and becomes powerful, latent, pleasurable.
If not, it turns into repression — or even denial.
The 8th house belongs to Scorpio, and those who have difficulty with this sign may feel resistance to this transit, because it brings the unconscious to the surface.
Jupiter reveals; it does not hide.
It wants to expand.
It’s like pulling something from the bottom of the ocean and saying, “Look at this.”
It’s not a harsh, Saturnian lesson — but for those who are running from themselves, it can feel that way.
This transit is an invitation to seek emotional richness, to dive into inner and even genetic inheritances, if it's the case.
Issues related to the uterus, the reproductive system, or uterine or ancestral memories may emerge.
It’s about looking at the past with curiosity, not fear.
And, in the best-case scenario, it’s about seeking emotional connections that are safe and loyal.
The 8th house seeks loyalty and emotional firmness — what the 2nd house seeks on the material plane, the 8th wants to feel on the emotional one.
Jupiter in Cancer in the 9th house — Solar Return
Entering the 9th house, the vibration shifts.
People with Jupiter in Cancer touching the 9th house experience an expansion of beliefs, faith, and philosophy of life — but in an emotional way.
Cancer brings the lens of affectivity to themes that, in Sagittarius, would be more mental or spiritual.
Here, the person seeks to build emotional fulfillment, an abundance of affection — a love that expands.
“I want to expand, but I want it to have emotional meaning.”
Those living this unconsciously may end up seeking experiences that bring a false sense of emotional satisfaction — a form of escape.
A healthy risk is the one that faces fear; a reckless risk is the one that tries to fill a void without awareness.
Seeking expansion without understanding oneself becomes emotional irresponsibility.
When there is balance, the growth is genuine: revisiting family, social, and emotional beliefs, and reformulating what one understands as faith, safety, and love.
But if the expansion becomes only an impulse to fill emotional voids, the illusion arises of finding “the person of your dreams.”
The question is: Whose dream?
The dream of the wounded child, who wanted their parents’ love?
Or of the conscious adult?
It’s about understanding where desire comes from.
Jupiter in Cancer in the 10th house — Solar Return
Jupiter in Cancer in the 10th house is an interesting placement.
Those who have this position tend to be more open with the world than with their own family.
They want to express emotions and affections publicly — in career, vocation, or purpose.
The 10th house in Cancer speaks of those who are here to serve with the heart.
It’s the opposite of the 4th house in Capricorn, which carries rigid family patterns, inherited structures, and fear of vulnerability.
As Jupiter passes through here, it invites openness — to show humanity and sensitivity in public.
Sometimes that can feel uncomfortable, but it’s also profoundly liberating.
It’s a year when purpose gains an emotional layer.
Career may become more focused on care, support, or emotional expression.
Even those who don’t work in emotional fields may feel the desire to put more soul into what they do.
It’s about humanizing your mission and remembering that sensitivity is part of success — not its opposite.
Jupiter in Cancer in the 11th house — Solar Return
In the 11th house, the lesson moves to friendships, groups, and collectives.
Jupiter in Cancer here expands empathy, the desire to open emotionally to others — and also the risk of absorbing too much of what belongs to others.
It’s necessary to separate what is yours from what belongs to others.
This placement calls for a review of friendships:
Are they reciprocal?
Or have you been the “emotional mother” of the group?
Caring for others is beautiful, but trying to nurture the whole world is exhausting.
The mother we need first is the inner one — and, biologically or not, the one who gave us life.
Being a mother to yourself is essential before mothering anyone else.
Working on the inner father and inner mother means integrating yin and yang, the feminine and masculine principles.
Every human being needs to balance these sides.
Men also have this nurturing aspect, and women also carry the yang of action.
Cancer in the 11th house can lead to over-caring for others and forgetting oneself.
Balance comes when one nurtures inwardly and understands that emotional responsibility can only be sustained when it begins within.
Jupiter in Cancer in the 12th house — Solar Return
Arriving at the 12th house — the house of Pisces — the dive is complete.
When Jupiter touches Cancer in the 12th, the inner world overflows.
It’s an invitation to look at the unconscious with curiosity, not fear.
It’s the end and the beginning of the cycle: to understand that emotions are not enemies, but portals.
This is a placement of deep healing, retreat, and emotional spirituality.
The unconscious opens, dreams become more vivid, and there is heightened sensitivity to subtle energies.
Emotions become gateways of wisdom, not obstacles.
It’s a moment of compassion — for oneself and for the world — of understanding that feeling itself is a beautiful instrument for the expansion of consciousness.
I used orbs of 3 degrees for aspects from whole signs ⛓️
👾 some of my best sr years have been the years where i’ve had the same sr venus as my natal
👾 looking at the persona chart of your profected year lord can give you a lot of insights for the year ahead i’ve found
👾 chiron on the mc (both solar or natal x solar) shows a year of yearning for something very badly (most likely to be career/goal/experience related)
👾 having positive mercury-saturn aspects (including conjunction depending on sign) is a year where you are on top of your shit, maybe you feel like you conversations with others are thwarted in some way but better than most you’re preparing for something bigger, plans, plans, PLANS!!
👾 saturn conjunct mercury is a really interesting aspect actually for a solar return. it maybe harder to categorize and to process the world around you in a productive way, but you may also learn new subjects/wisdom.
👾 having venus at 28 degrees can indicate an exciting love/crush/relationship happening for that year
👾 moon at 29 degrees can show that from that year on out you will approach life from a very different mindset to what you had before. this mindset can last for a year or your entire life but either way it’s an anaretic degree so BIG STUFF! the sign can show what mindset you’re “ending” (ex: i had moon at 29 degrees in taurus in 2020 and from that year on out i really prioritized productivity and worked to stop my lazy/indulgent habits)
👾 planets at 20 degrees and what house those planets are in can show what themes/events prove to be very mystical or witchy that year. (ex: i had mars and neptune at 20 degrees with mars in the 7th and neptune in the 11th and that year i got back with my old friend group out of random chance and went on my first date with someone from that group😭😭 not me telling you guys my life tea. dating within friend groups is weird and would not recommend btw! but to each their own🩷)
👾 planets at the 1st degree + their houses show where you’re ambitious and what you desire, expect lots of action in these areas
👾 1st house ruler in 1st (aka your chart ruler in one of its domicile places) may mean that your by yourself or more alone, but most likely NOT in a bad way!! (self-care, self-improvement, reflection, etc…). check other houses that the planet rules to see what other important themes are emphasized that year (ex: libra venus in 1st house —> 8th house themes are important as well because taurus rules over the 8th)
👾 going off from the previous observation, planets in angular houses (1, 4, 7, 10) will ALWAYS be prominent throughout your year especially if they’re in domicile/exaltation/detriment/fall.
👾 a lot of celebrities have gotten big time famous the year where they had their 11th house in their 11th (ex: megan thee stallion, doja cat, billie eilish, etc…)
👾 just a tip, but make persona charts of your solar planets! if you don’t know how, go to astro.com, charts and calculations, extended chart selection, blue plus sign in the top right corner then fill out info from your solar return chart. after making this, click the “natal chart” tab, scroll down to “persona chart” :)
👾 jupiter/sagittarius in the 3rd or jupiter-mercury aspects show a lot of activity for the year ahead. fire/air = adventurous/fun activity, water/earth = self-growth/learning related (but arguably the themes can overlap), mercury in the third house is also indicative of a busy year!
👾 when i had mars in my natal 12th house last year i stayed up souper late almost every night regardless of weekend/weekday
👾 planets at 5 degrees show where there’s a lot of exciting things happening (ex: venus at 5 degrees -> lots of interesting meetups with friends, starting new hobbies, etc…, juno at 5 degrees -> partnerships open up new feelings of happiness, feeling loved, etc…). creds to @astrosky33 for this one!
👾 pay attention to the aspects made to your vertex for the year! and also what house the vertex falls in in your natal house. a couple years ago i had venus in my solar 4th trine my solar vertex in 8th conjunc turanus and was able to spend more time resting and doing fun things at home because unexpectedly (uranus) responsibilities/burdens placed upon me were lifted
👾 mars in the 12th house (including solar x natal) can show that you’re trying to break out of bad habits
👾 moon in fire signs can show a time of unrest or lots of physical activity at home, you have a lot of energy to do activities whether they’re serious activities or not

reminder to check your degrees in your sr chart as they play a big factor in how certain sr placements would play out!
⋆.ೃ࿔*:・ Venus 5H 17° SR - when i had this in my sr chart for 2023-2024 i saw myself experimenting more with different creative styles/looks. i would try to find inspiration from different creatives on instagram. while i was doing this, i started talking to a well known designer in that creative scene who had messaged me because he liked my style. it was a secret relationship because he cheated on someone to be with me which i thought they were completely done but he kept going back to her then back to me. he was obsessed with me and it was a really weird relationship, he would only come to me when his lustful desires were acting up and then would go when he was satisfied 💀. i was tired of this so i started talking to someone else and he found and his little ego got so hurt and he blocked me thank fucking god 😭😭!! I was also approached by another creative because he wanted to use my face as inspiration for his clothing brand hehe ( the 17° rules leo & fame )
⋆.ೃ࿔*:・ Aries Rising 2° SR - when i had this i felt like i was really impulsive i did lots of things without thinking twice. i had my chart ruler in the 5h that year so it might be different if you end up having your asc ruler somewhere else in your sr chart, but for me i was impulsive when it came to switching different styles. i also started drinking and partying for the first time when i had a aries rising in my sr when it was placed in my 5h. aside from this, i was very determined on finishing goals i set my mind to and i was very consistent in trying to build a good foundation for myself. ( the 2° rules taurus & early stages )
⋆.ೃ࿔*:・ Moon 7H 4° SR - most of my relationships that i had that year were lowkey codependent, the guys i talked to that year were very emotionally dependent and attached to me. they would usually call or message me out of nowhere to vent or open up to me which would be random asf lmaoo ( the 4° rules cancer & security/protection )
⋆.ೃ࿔*:・ Mercury 3H 28° SR - I started talking to my siblings more and my relationship grew closer with them. I also started becoming more vunerable with my siblings. My relationship with my siblings were more nurturing compared to the past. ( the 28° rules cancer & heightened sensitivity/vulnerability )
⋆.ೃ࿔*:・ Mars 5H 21° SR - I went out a lot more when i had this in my sr chart with my sisters friends who would randomly go out just for the fun of it 😭, like it was last minute most of the times but it was so fun tho! i got to do lots of things on the trips we went to! I was also more open to expressing my creativity like making clothes and putting it out there and such. ( the 21° rules saggitarius & travel/freedom )
⋆.ೃ࿔*:・ Jupiter 1H 8° SR - I was more optimistic about life when I had this placement in my sr chart. I also felt like I was really lucky when it came to travelling more. places ive wanted to go to forever i ended up going to! things i wanted to experience i experienced! it was a good year for experiencing new things. ( the 8° rules scorpio & transformations )
⋆.ೃ࿔*:・ Uranus 2H 21° SR - yeah i dont know where my money went that year 💀 money would come fast and then it would go even faster 😭 i saw my money as a source of freedom and thought of money so recklessly like, “oh these shoes are $300 but i just got fired? dont worry the money will come back *BOUGHT🧾*” so i didnt care much about saving or anything 😭 it came back though!! but then it went bye bye the next day😍 also for some weird reason whenever i took money out from daily pay which is a app where you can take money out early from your check when you work, whenever i took it out it ended up saying i had to pay back the amount i took out? like uhhh im pretty sure this was my money i took out 😂🤔… so now im -$200 but they gotta catch me in person cuz im not paying that 😹 ( the 21° degree rules saggitarius and freedom )
⋆.ೃ࿔*:・ Pluto 11H 29° SR - i ended two 5+ year friendship that year, it was hard but it was a trio and i found out that the both of them would ditch me to go hangout and do substances and i feel like that didnt align with my path because you are who you hangout with!! i also saw my goals/path changing that year, I completely re-evaluated what i wanted to do 🙏. ( the 29° is a anaretic degree that rules major transformations/completion/endings )
⋆.ೃ࿔*:・ Chiron 1H 19° SR - I was VERY critical on how others percieved me and my self image, i had multiple identity crises. I was super insecure the year I had this in my sr chart i cant even lie, despite so many people telling me how beautiful I was I just couldnt see it. 2 months before my birthday in 2024 i ended up understanding who i was and finding out what I LIKE and not what other people expected of me. im not facing multiple identity crises anymore which i thank my nn in my 1h from that year 🙏. ( 19° rules libra & can make a person more erratic and critical )

⋆.ೃ࿔*:・ 4H SR in 7H SR - my family life was lowkey stopping me from getting into any relationships, i came to the realization i wouldnt be able to get into any relationships while living with my parents because of how controlling they can be. Also my sister got into a new relationship that sr year.
⋆.ೃ࿔*:・ 5H SR in 7H SR - I started talking to a creative designer the year I had my 5h in my 7h. I was also getting involved with creative partnerships aswell, promoting eye contacts/lashes/having my face used for someones brand. I also attended more parties and was going out more so i found most of my relationship encounters were through that.
⋆.ೃ࿔*:・ 6H SR in 4H SR - i changed my diet when i had this in my sr. I also didnt know how to balance my work life and home life so it clashed terribly and i got fired😭. I was also going out more with my sister so my routines have changed from never going out at all to going out every week.
⋆.ೃ࿔*:・ 7H SR in 5H SR - I met lots of new friends and different social circles through fun plans like partying, girls trips etc.. I also had lots of fun romantic encounters when i had this in my sr whether i met them when i was drunk or at parties it was lots of fun lol. There was so much childlike joy when it came to my relationships that sr year.
⋆.ೃ࿔*:・ 8H SR in 5H SR - i lost my virginity the year i had this in my sr😶 but besides that my relationships in that sr year really shaped my understanding of love and myself. i was also recieving money from relationships i felt like a sugar baby🙈

ੈ✩‧₊˚ 1h in 8h - significant personal transformations this year, shadow work, rebirth and renewal, encountering intense emotional experience
I just got into astrology more and I’ve been suupeerrr into solar return observations lately and this is what I have observed from my own ch
This Year Themes Based on the Day of the Week of your Solar Return 📅
Each of the 7 days of the week are ruled by a planet. The day of the week that your Solar Return falls on can provide more insight into how your year is going to go.
Before we begin: DoTW is Day of The Week (Which the planet rules)
There are a few things to consider about the corresponding planet in your NATAL chart:
Sign it’s in (General energy of the planet/year)
House placement (Area of life that will be especially significant that year)
Aspects to the planet (I will elaborate on this later)
Day or Night chart (Day: Sun in Houses 7-12. Night: Sun in Houses 1-6) — Day charts have Jupiter as their Benefic and Saturn as their Malefic/Night charts have Venus as their Benefic and Mars as their Malefic)
The degree of the planet (If you’re feeling fancy! Small influence on the planet’s energy)
Lastly, covering all of this: Is it afflicted? Years ruled by afflicted planets in your natal chart will likely present their themes as challenges.
ASPECTS TO THE DoTW PLANETS
Trines between planets will be natural, positive flows of energy that will assist you this year. (For example, if the DoTW planet is trine Moon, your emotions/comfort will naturally assist you in this year’s endeavors)
Sextiles between planets will also be positive flows of energy. I personally interpret sextiles to be energies one has to tap into. (Again, DoTW planet sextile Neptune, your intuition/creativity can assist you this year if you tap into them)
Squares between planets will create conflicts and challenges that you will have to overcome. It’s tension you’ll be forced to dissipate. (DoTW planet square Venus will create challenges around harmony/luxury/values this year)
Oppositions between planets will require you to create balance between the energies. (DoTW planet opposite Mars will force you to balance your drive/motivation/aggression this year)
Conjunctions between planets will create a blend of energies in this year which can be beneficial or challenging depending on which planet. (DoTW planet conjunct Sun will provide assistance by working with your self/purpose)
DAYS OF THE WEEK
Monday (Ruled by the Moon)
Can slightly apply if DoTW planet is in 4th House
My testimony: My moon is afflicted which made the year super difficult for me. That said, I ended up going through a lot of deep emotional healing and came out a way better person by my next birthday.
Your Moon year will likely revolve around themes such as: Emotions, Comfort, Home, Family, Instincts, Roots, Intuition, etc.
Moving and/or Home renovation are possible during this year. You may redefine what you need to feel ‘at home.’ Comfort overall will be in question.
Family relationships will be impacted for better or for worse, depending on aspects. Could also be changes in family like divorce, death, etc.
How you view emotions can change this year. You may adopt new coping mechanisms and your relationship with vulnerability may change.
Great year to attend therapy, find a new home, have a child, spend time with family, and examine your own patterns around family/emotions/instincts.
Tuesday (Ruled by Mars)
Can slightly apply if DoTW planet is in 1st or 8th House
Your Mars year will likely revolve around themes such as: Motivation, Lust, Pursuits, Action, Conflict, Tension, Aggression, etc.
General aggression management can be part of this year. You may work on your confidence, drive, impulses, and/or anger. This could lead to you redirecting them, too.
Exercise and your body can be important this year. You may be more inclined to work out or make yourself look better. Sx drive is also prominent.
You may be faced with a lot of conflicts that you’ll have to learn how to power through. Similar to Saturn except these are more of a lesson around actually battling problems rather than perserverance.
Great year to workout, set new goals, grow more comfortable with your own company/do things on your own, and go about things with a more reckless attitude.
Wednesday (Ruled by Mercury)
Can slightly apply if DoTW planet is in 3rd or 6th house
Your Mercury year will likely revolve around themes such as Intelligence, Communication, Writing, Skills, Short trips, Siblings, Local community, etc.
Curiosity and learning will be part of this year. You may want to pick up new subjects, learn new skills, etc. There will be a large desire to know more. Your mind will be restless and hungry for the next thing to learn.
Your local community will be important to you this year. You may meet new people (especially if Libra/7th House/Venus is involved) or just change how you view your neighborhood. Could possibly feel like you fit in more or just have a fun year there lol.
Your relationship to your health and productivity may change as well. You may be more inclined to stick to routines and taking care of yourself. Might be analyzing of what has and hasn't worked for you as well as trial and error.
Great year to improve your diet, learn new subjects or dig deeper into what you already knew, be curious about anything, and examine your relationship with the people who are constantly around you (coworkers, neighbors, etc).
Thursday (Ruled by Jupiter)
Can slightly apply if your DoTW planet is in the 9th or 12th house
My testimony: I got super into spirituality and started believing in a new religion. Though I will say that I got VERY bored of the mundane/day to day life and always wanted something higher, more fulfilling.
Your Jupiter year will likely revolve around themes such as Travel, Spirituality, Higher education, Optimism, Knowledge, Wisdom, etc.
Travel may be prominent this year. You may want to or actually end up travelling to places you’ve never been before. You may also feel more inclined to learn about other cultures outside of your own.
Your relationship with spirituality may change this year. Look to the aspects made to your Jupiter to have a more clear explanation about this. You may seek out a new and different belief system.
You may find yourself being more or less lucky. The concept of divine timing may be prominent. In general, your view on luck and optimism will change.
Great year to travel, take risks, try to trust in the Universe, go to University or any higher education, explore new cultures and belief systems, seek fulfillment, and check things off your bucket list.
Friday (Ruled by Venus)
Can slightly apply if DoTW planet is in 2nd or 7th house
Your Venus year will likely revolve around themes such as: Luxury, Harmony, Values, Love language, Partnerships, Beauty, etc.
Money and valuables will be prominent this year. You may gain or lose money/valuables (look at aspects) and therefore change how you view it. Budgeting or overindulging is possible.
Your partnerships and how you view harmony may change. You may feel inclined to examine things like your attachment style, love language, etc. Also possible that you get in new relationships this year (not exclusive to romantic, can be platonic or business as well).
Your values will be very prominent this year. Harsher aspects will be forced to reexamine them through challenges and softer aspects may align with their values and/or adapt new ones more easily. They will be brought to the surface either way.
Great year to get in partnerships, fall in love, make appearance changes, explore and indulge in luxury, collaborate on projects, and make investments.
Saturday (Ruled by Saturn)
Can slightly apply if DoTW planet is in 10th or 11th house
Your Saturn year will likely revolve around themes such as: Discipline, Aspirations, Karma, Restriction, Hard work, Lessons, etc.
Karma will be a huge part of this year. You may face some of your own and/or see how it plays out on others. The Universe will make it very obvious to you that what gles around comes back around.
Your relationship with your aspirations will change (look at aspects to see if better/worse). You may change how you go about them or discover new goals in general.
Loads of trials this year. Lots of lessons will be sent to you. Like Mars, you will be forced to learn how to perservere through them. They will ultimately help you align with the most successful version of yourself.
Great year to set new long term goals, reexamine your relationship with productivity, connect with authority and/or network, start a business, and prove to yourself that you can accomplish anything.
Sunday (Ruled by the Sun)
Can slightly apply if your DoTW planet is in the 5th house
Your Sun year will likely revolve around themes such as: Creativity, Vitality, Self, Ego, Purpose, Fulfillment, Personality, etc.
Self-expression will be a huge part of this year. You will likely reexamine how you want to express yourself and as a result, discover insecurities along with things that help you feel confident.
Purpose and fulfillment will be big themes of this year. What you find fulfillment in may change. You may seek other ways to feed your soul.
Your hobbies may change this year. You may discover new passions or change how you already approach certain hobbies. Your definition of fun could be something you reconsider and/or work harder to fulfill.
Great year to put yourself out there (creatively or otherwise), be creative and expressive, make new connections, find your passion, pick up leadership positions, and explore new hobbies.
Solar Returns Chart • relationship observations over past years
Sun in 6H - I had a highly disciplined lifestyle, strictly following a challenging diet and workout schedule. I was completely committed to their health and fitness goals and followed a meticulously crafted plan with dedication. I have set a fitness goal for myself, aiming to improve my physique and strength through training. I am determined to reach this goal, and I am willing to explore and employ various methods to achieve it. It was executed with unwavering discipline and intensity.
>> Other Solar Returns placement ⇦⇦
Venus in 7H - I feel incredibly grateful to have found myself in a new community where I have had the opportunity to meet new friends. The connections I have formed with these individuals are important to me, we primarily gather within a larger group setting and the level of compatibility and harmony we share greatly depends on the synastry between us.
8th House ruler in 2H -I had a strong desire to earn money and have been actively involved in running my own business.
Moon conjunct MC - Towards the end of the year, I had a sudden realization that I could put my talents to good use by embarking on some charity-focused projects. It struck me that instead of solely focusing on making money, I could leverage my skills and resources to make a positive impact on the community.
Venus conjunct Juno in 7H - I think I have encountered a person who has the potential to be both a romantic partner and a close friend. In our synastry, it indicates a harmonious connection between us. But there are challenges related to being vulnerability and publicity of our relationship, likely because of the influence of the 8th house and Lilith synastry.
>> explicit: Solar Returns • placement about love ♡̆̈♥♡̆̈♥
Moon square Juno - Marriage can make me question what it means to me and how it might affect my life's purpose. I was worrying that getting married may limit my freedom and hinder personal goals.
6H and 7H ruler in 9H - I enrolled in a course that not only provided me with valuable knowledge but also allowed me to form connections with like-minded individuals who shared similar interests and a desire for personal growth. Through this course, I had the opportunity to expand my community and make friends who were also passionate about acquiring greater knowledge. I also had the chance to travel to a new place that provided an enhanced learning experience, taking my pursuit of knowledge to the next level.
11H ruler in 6H - I have noticed that my friend's presence has had a big impact on our community - we shared 6H synastry. Thanks to our strong 6H synastry, he introduced me to this group of people, and though without him, we actually are not close-knit. He played a key role in bringing us together and creating a sense of camaraderie among us.
Chart ruler is Venus - This year, my main focus is on developing my personal value and refining my aesthetic taste. I am open to making changes in my style and appearance that may differ from what I've done in the past. I believe it's important to align my style choices with the image I want to present to the world. It’s also the possibility of starting a new relationship with a new romantic partner.
Chart ruler in 7H - this places a strong emphasis on building meaningful 1-on-1 relationships and fostering genuine friendships. Despite experiencing betrayal in the past, which has left me carrying a certain level of distrust towards others, I deeply cherish the connections I have made with each of them. This past betrayal has taught me the value of appreciating the genuine relationships in my life. I’m also recognizing the importance of opening myself up to new connections and allowing myself to appreciate the authenticity and sincerity of those who have proven themselves trustworthy.
Vertex in 9H - I feel a strong connection to nature and spirituality, and I have a desire to learn more about philosophical truths. It helps me think and understand myself better.
Uranus in 7H - I'm having trouble building the kind of relationship I want with the person I'm interested in. It's more than just a sexual or friendly relationship, but it doesn’t seem to head in the right direction.
8H & 12H ruler in 7H - I developed feelings for my friend, but I couldn't confide in anyone about it because I lacked trust in anyone with whom I could share this deep affection.
Moon conjunct Neptune / 8H ruler Neptune in 8H - I ended up in this totally forbidden relationship, and I had no clue about all the messed-up stuff going on. It was a crazy mix of getting physical, constant lying, tangled finances, other people meddling, a secret love affair.
Neptune in 5H - I'm trying to determine whether my feelings are genuine love or if they stem from an obsession, and I'm contemplating whether these emotions might be a delusion. (I’m Neptune dominance in Natal Chart) It seems that I am more captivated by the concept of love itself rather than the specific person I have feelings for. Even when we are apart, I don't experience a strong sense of longing or missing them. My focus seems to be more on the idea and idealization of love rather than the individual involved.
Venus conjunct Uranus - As the year comes to a close, I am bursting with new and artistic ideas. I am ready to take daring risks to explore and bring these ideas to fruition. I'm excited to step outside my comfort zone and see where these ventures lead me.
