Couple things.... NSV and scale victory today!
1. It is 6 weeks into the weight loss challenge and I am down 10.6 lbs ๐๐๐ getting so close to onederland now and I canโt wait!! It was an accomplishment last time I was here but I knew I was trying to get pregnant and wild like get back up above 200 this time it is physically impossible for me to get pregnant (by choice!) so Iโm saying ๐๐ผ to the 200โs forever!!!
2. Stephanie (my trainer) upped my squat weight to 95 lbs Iโm honestly so proud of myself because with my messed up ankles/knees/hips I thought I would never be able to squat with good form and flexibility but the mobility sets Iโve been doing plus just the shear number of squats Iโve done with my trainer nit picking every single things about my form have helped SO much!
3. I redid measurements today with steph and I am down inches everywhere but lost notably 3 inches from my hips!!!! Also down 4 pounds of fat and gained 1 ยฝ lbs muscle in 4 weeks ๐๐
