This weekend, I went to Tsaocaa in Erie, PA, with my friends!
I had the Peach Blossom Green Tea with peach boba and cheese foam, seaweed salad, Shoyu ramen with three eggs, and spumoni bomba for desert.
All were phenomenal in taste and smell! The cheese foam and peach were perfect pair, the seaweed salad was the right amount of salty and crunchy, the tenderness of the pork belly and rich flavor of the broth went wonderfully with the warmth of the whole dish, and the combination of the lighter cherry and pistachio ice creams with the rich chocolate was spectacular.
