Spotters on the tower of the Empire State Building scan the skies for "enemy" planes, October 9, 1941. (The U.S. wasn't in the war yet.) Maneuvers to perfect the defense of the north and central Atlantic seaboard against air attacks were started by the First Air Force. Some 40,000 civilian volunteer air raid spotters assisted the Army defenders. These two men were part of a group of 36 American Legionnaires taking turns at watch on the tower.

I've decided the dude from my last post is gonna be a new oc, specialty-designed for batdr. An enemy type, to be specific.
I love the idea that they're just the stage crew that got transferred to Joey Drew Studios back in the day, and immediately got inked (probably by Sammy-) and there's just 5 or so of them that are just sick of everything already.
Also, feel like there's at least 1 or 2 that would help others in the studio. If the player or creature befriended them, they'd make enemies of that creature their problem. Therefore, if they were in the game that would allow for potential body guards!
