#spoonie stuff

Anyone else have to schedule their tummy meds around their schedule. Like my Bile acid sequestrants and dicyclamine I have to schedule around school and work so I can try and not have IBS flares during my nightshifts working at the ER.

Any other hEDS/pots peeps deal with the insane bulging veins from the venous insufficiency, lack of elasticity and pooling in your legs leading to to nice large veins popping out of your skin everywhere. Looking like I have VI or PAD and I need to see a cardiologist because it is getting ridiculous. My veins are bulging on the bottoms of by feet/soles and l wear very good compression socks/leggings to try and mitigate this but my body is like… “nah girl…. Vasoinstability FTW….” Like the the veins bulge on my pinky toe and fingers. Ugh

New symptom alert! my pinky nail on my R hand doesn’t want to stay attached. It will detach at the nail bed and like fall off every 3-4 weeks with nooooooo explanation, and my L big toe is showing signs of doing the same thing. And my DR is like…. “Yup that’s weird”
