It's fun and scary to eat these Vegan Marshmallow Mummies for Halloween or any other party with a Halloween theme. You can make them quickly and easily, and they're great for satisfying your sweet tooth while still being vegan-friendly.
Ingredients: 12 large vegan marshmallows. 1 cup dairy-free chocolate chips. 24 edible candy eyes. 1 tablespoon coconut oil. 12 pretzel sticks.
Instructions: Insert a pretzel stick into each marshmallow to create a handle. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dairy-free chocolate chips with coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Dip each marshmallow into the melted chocolate, ensuring it's completely coated. Use a spoon to help cover it if needed. Place the chocolate-coated marshmallows on a parchment-lined tray. While the chocolate is still soft, attach two candy eyes to each marshmallow to create the mummy's eyes. Transfer the tray to the refrigerator and let the chocolate set for about 15 minutes. Once the chocolate has hardened, use a toothpick or small piping bag to drizzle additional melted chocolate over the marshmallows in a crisscross pattern, resembling mummy bandages. Return the tray to the refrigerator for another 10 minutes to set the chocolate drizzle. Serve and enjoy these spooky Vegan Marshmallow Mummies!

These adorable Caramel Dipped Marshmallows are a delightful treat for your Halloween party. They combine the sweet and gooey goodness of marshmallows with the rich flavor of caramel. Optional chocolate drizzle and festive sprinkles make them extra special!
Ingredients: 24 large marshmallows. 1 cup caramel candies. 2 tablespoons heavy cream. 1 cup chocolate chips optional. Assorted Halloween sprinkles optional.
Instructions: Get a baking sheet ready and line it with silicone baking mats or parchment paper. Put the heavy cream and the caramel candies in a bowl that is safe to microwave. Cook in the microwave for 30 second bursts, stirring after each, until the caramel is melted and smooth. Leaving enough space for a grip, insert a wooden skewer or lollipop stick into each marshmallow. Swirl to ensure even coating of each marshmallow after dipping it into the melted caramel. Let any extra caramel fall off. After dipping the marshmallows in caramel, spread them out on the baking sheet and allow them to set and cool for 15 to 20 minutes. Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave, if you'd like, and then pour them over the marshmallows dipped in caramel. While the chocolate is still soft, add the Halloween sprinkles. Give the chocolate time to solidify, maybe ten or fifteen more minutes. It's time to serve your caramel-dipped marshmallows once everything has solidified.
