I knew this was a possibility since she is mature and wild caught, but she never looked eggnant. Still, I guess it means I am taking good care of her enough that she felt secure and had energy enough to do all that.

I will probably keep one of the slings and release the others once they disperse since they sre native to my yard.

She is a mature female Naphrys pulex, the flea jumping spider, found inside my kid's rollypolly container... She must have come in on the leaves I picked up from outside to feed to the isopods. I didn't know anything about this species, but I learned they live in leaf litter, grass, the forst floor, etc. Flower is about 5mm long, which puts her right in the middle of the mature female size range.

I have her in a temporary enclosure right now while I design one that better suits her preferred habitat. My idea is to have some large fake leaves layered near the bottom, which will be a cork floor like all the other enclosures, then have the back wall be some cork bark pieces mounted on cork board, the other walls will be lined with needlepoint grid, and I will have fake twigs and sprigs of plants elsewhere to create a sort of yard/hedge edge design. I hope she likes it. I can tell she doesn't feel very secure in this current enclosure, but that's understandable.
