this all came about being of this pretty translucent neon yellow fall risk bracelet i got when having surgery in january. i was thinking about sam, his time in hospitals, his risk of going darkside, etc. i took references from a couple different places and then used a picture i took of a local street for the background reference. to make the red glow, i dug out a little of my most gorgeous (and painfully expensive [pat mcgrath bronze seduction palette]) red metallic eyeshadow and mixed it with an acrylic gloss medium to make my own metallic paint. it's so beautiful and reflective in person, i'm in love. i'll be revisiting this one, to be sure.
