Just a little snippet from my workout yesterday. These are Bulgarian split squats and boy do they burn. They're slowly becoming one of my favorite movements because you can really feel it through your quads, hamstrings, and glutes. Definitely a must for leg day. I did 3x8 for each leg while holding 10lbs dumbbells.
