Make A Splash!

It's really funny how the idea of Inka and Octavia as magical girl idols evolved into me making them have an idol group. Not that I have skills in music production or anything, but I suppose its more of an art project. I attempted to draw them an album cover in a similar style to Off the Hook and the Squid Sisters. I have a hard time photographing the edges of my pictures though to crop them properly. I'll figure it out one day. I wanted to draw them with their headphones off to show off their earrings. Also I added a choker to Octavia's design since it felt right as well as her shades. Octavia has a squid earring while Inka has an octopus earring. By the time of Splatoon 3, Inka and Octavia are dating. They do have separate responsibilities as Agent 3 (now the Captain) and Agent 8 respectively, but they are dating. It's just not a publicly known thing, and they keep it on the low key when announcing the news and performing in Inkopolis Heights. They live together and they have Finn, who they take care of together. Finn always shows up in some way in their album covers and somehow shows up in their music.
