My daily routine ☀️💚 • drink16-32 oz. Lemon 🍋 water upon waking, wait 15-30 minutes • drink 16-32 oz. Celery juice on empty stomach wait 15-30 minutes before eating or drinking anything else • DON’T consume radical fats before NOON ❣️ • No dried fruits and salt all morning ** Stay hydrated, 💦chronic dehydration is a major issue of mine partly due to my ileostomy. I drink additional coconut 🥥 water, cucumber water, thyme water and freshly squeezed orange 🍊 juice * 3-4 times a week I do a heavy metal detox smoothie in the morning 💜 * I eat lots of fresh organic fruit, steamed potatoes, steamed squash and steamed sweet potatoes * sometimes I make a different smoothie of my own or from @medicalmedium morning cleanse recipes in Chapter 23 of Cleanse to Heal. I add in my @vimergy powders. I open the capsules to my supplements up and put directly in my smoothie. ** remember NO nut milk, oil, vegan cheese, vegan butter, seeds, or other sources of radical fats until AFTER noon time I started out doing this a couple weeks at a time but it turned into a daily routine. 😀 Give it a go!
