This Slow Cooker Spiral Ham recipe is perfect for a hassle-free holiday meal or any special occasion. The combination of sweet and savory flavors creates a delicious glaze that enhances the natural taste of the ham.
Ingredients: 1 spiral-cut ham 6-8 pounds. 1 cup brown sugar. 1/2 cup honey. 1/4 cup Dijon mustard. 1/4 cup orange juice. 1 teaspoon ground cloves.
Instructions: Put the ham that has been spiral cut into the slow cooker. Add honey, Dijon mustard, orange juice, ground cloves, and brown sugar to a bowl. Mix them together. Make sure the mixture covers the ham evenly as you pour it over it. For 4 to 6 hours, or until the ham is hot all the way through, cover and cook on low heat. While the ham is cooking, baste it with the juices every so often. The ham should be left to rest for a few minutes after being cooked before it is sliced. Enjoy while hot!
