Recreate the famous TGI Friday's Tuscan Spinach Dip at home with this easy copycat recipe. Creamy, cheesy, and packed with spinach and artichoke flavors, it's perfect for parties, game nights, or any occasion!
Ingredients: 1 10 oz package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained. 1 14 oz can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped. 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1/2 cup sour cream. 1/2 cup mayonnaise. 1 teaspoon minced garlic. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350F 175C. In a large mixing bowl, combine spinach, artichoke hearts, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if using. Mix until well combined. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the dip is hot and bubbly and the cheese is melted and lightly browned on top. Serve hot with tortilla chips, bread slices, or vegetable sticks for dipping.
