This is Disability Pride Month

Yesterday with a friend we decided to watch the entirety of G2—of course we didnt watched all of it but you get it—and since them already saw the movies, we went straight up to the YouTube series. (AND IT IS ACTUALLY GOOD AF??)

When we made it to this episode, I wasn't able to think about anything else than spell like, JUST LOOK AT THIS??

The subtrama of the episode was about Frankie & Venus teaming up for a Mad Science project, on which they decided to test the kind of music plants reacted. YOU CAN'T TELL ME THIS ISNT THE PERFECT SET UP TO ALSO INTRODUCE SPELL

I started to think about it a little and start yapping about it on discord (please watch the episode to understand it better)

But ofc, we can't have only the spell from spellentine. So my head started to brain about Val.

Now. Im assuming yall know what G2 is about, but for whoever isn't aware, the whole concept of G2 is about the ghouls (Draculaura, Frankie, Clawdeen, Cleo & Lagoona) searching for other monsters hiding away to invite them (and hopefully bring them) to Monster High.

With that on mind, this is what I came up with

Spelldon is looking out through the window as the sun sets, the sound of waves against the shore and the scent of salt filling the air. Takes a deep breath. It's been quite the time since he left his life as a pirate, temporaly at least.

Returns his gaze to his journal as he writes something down, that's when a familiar feeling bubbles up in his chest, a soft smile to his lips as the witch puts aside the journal and goes stairs down to his basement, that is actually more like a cave connected to the sea, making it look like a pool where the stones ended.

Spelldon grabbed a hairbrush from a shelf and sat down at the edge where the salty water met the ground, took off his boots and let his legs into the cold liquid, waiting. Not so long after that, a figure inside the deep blue became visible, a figure he knew so well, emerging slowly until the head was out of the water.

Valentine moved his hair out of his face, swiming until he arrived to Spelldon, crossed arms over the witch's lap, cheek on his own arms, resting.

"Took you long enough to come back" the witch said, his fingers running through the siren's hair, checking on the tangles.

"Sorry, met a whale in trouble and had to help" was Kieran's answer as he got comfortable. Spelldon smiled and started to brush his wet hair carefully.

"Is that so? That's why you have a nest on your head?"

"Hey! Mind you, ocean currents can be fierce and have no mercy with hair, you nasty terrenal creature" Val complained at his man's teasing.

Spelldon actually laughed at that.

"Missed your sassy attitude"

Valentine didn't answer, just cuddled and let Spell brush his hair. There was a sweet silence between them, Val's tail swaying with the soft waves.

"By the way, I brought you a few stuff I found, i'll show you later"
