Y'know, much as I like to see art of Fem!Ku being as tall as canon Goku, I still like drawing her a little on the short side (ex. her hubby Chin-Chin got a couple inches on her), 'cause it's continuing the old joke in OG DB about Goku being this tiny little kid and yet able to knock around opponents far bigger than him.
Plus, imagine people's shock if they learned the tall, buff guy's tiny-looking (also buff, but more on the strongfat side) wife he's walking down the street with is the one who could blow up friggin' planets if she wished XD

I feel like I’ve answered this one before, so instead enjoy this brief monologue from the adaptation of this I wrote.
Petra Pan: (impressive, authoritative, almost booming) I ran away the day I was born!
Wendall: (seeming very small next to her) But... Petra... Why?
Petra: (with the fire of every girl who has resented the boy’s world she lives in) I ran away because I heard father and mother talking about what I was to be when I became a lady. I don’t want ever to be a lady! They said that when I grew up I would be beautiful, and that I would break hearts. I don’t want to break anyone’s heart. It sounds messy and awful. And then, while I was laying there in my crib, Mother said that Father would have to keep the boys off me with a stick until I settled down. The boys can all stay away from me and I will beat them off myself if they try anything! And I don’t want to settle down – I want always to be young and to have fun and to be free! But Mother said that she would make a lady of me and train me to be the perfect woman and wife and mother. I can’t be those things, I won’t be those things – I just want to be the perfect me. Not the perfect thing for somebody else – a husband or a son or whatever. So I ran away. I ran away to Neverland and I am never, ever going to grow up to be a lady.
