Unrelated to NPD culture is but I wanted to ask can you have BPD AVPD SPD and NPD at the same time??
I'd be grateful if you answer this <3
no idea, but I'm almost entirely sure I have npd AND bpd, so yeah ig?
symptoms and traits can overlap (with other different things too like ADHD and autism), so sometimes it might get tricky to really understand who you are and what labels fit you the best, but it IS possible for many conditions and stuff like that to coexist, so I'm pretty sure it should be possible. though again, I'm not a medical professional and I'm also very new to learning about cluster b personality disorders (and personality disorders as a whole), so don't take this as official medical advice and take it more like just some random dude on the internet who's speaking from experience (albeit not a lot of experience) and who is also on the process of discovering themselves.
in summary, use whatever labels you feel fit you and describe your experience, both external and internal. don't be scared of misusing a label as you can always abandon it and use another one or none at all, and doing so just helps you discover yourself better in the long run. I myself was confusing being bipolar with bdp for some time, and even if I'm not entirely sure I'm not bipolar at all, after some (lot) of research on both bpd and bipolarity (because there's many types of bipolar, I learned) I recently dropped the label in favor of bpd, which I feel describes my experiences better.
hope I could help a bit hehe. sorry for the huge wall of text. GL anon./gen pos
