When reading Sterek I have to remind myself that some people don't use Spaz the same way as people do in the UK.
I actually can't remember if it was ever used in canon. But when I read fics where people call Stiles a spaz, I have to mentally reorientate. In the UK it's a pretty derogatory word, short for spastic, and you wouldn't say it to your friend.
I see the phrase "hyperactive spaz" a lot, and in the UK that would be offensive. But I get that it has different connotations in other countries.

it goes top to bottom, left to right is the end of the hall, cause the end is the top of the stairs.
stick can be seen coming out of the room during the hall scene.. so it may or may not be his room, spaz is hanging in the doorway when charlie comes back, and knox also hangs out of his when neil gets the part as puck, you can also vaguely see his roommate too.
i also wanted to discuss how young spaz looks- i actually cried cause he looked so young, and charlie and knox are always picking on him- everyone is picking on him.
(update: stick is across the hall from spaz- spaz's roommate is the spaghetti and meatball guy.. idk who's sticks is and knox's can be debated.)
