South Of Nowhere is an American teen drama television show created by Thomas W. Lynch. It first aired on November 4, 2005, on Noggin as part of its teen programming block, The N. It’s targeted towards the LGBTQ+ community because of the lead WLW ship of Spencer Carlin and Ashley Davies (Spashley). It was one of the first TV shows to ever permit a fully canon main-textual romance between 2 leading female characters in a TV show and it’s very dear to me.

It’s a really well-written TV show addressing and exploring many important subjects and themes - not least of which - coming out of the closet in a white conservative and christian American family.
