This refreshing iced tea combines the sweetness of blueberries with the subtle heat of ginger, complemented by the tanginess of lemon and the effervescence of sparkling water. Perfect for hot summer days or anytime you need a revitalizing beverage.
Ingredients: 4 cups water. 4 black tea bags. 1 cup fresh blueberries. 1/4 cup maple syrup. 1 tablespoon grated ginger. 1 lemon, sliced. 1 cup sparkling water. Blueberry ice cubes made from blueberry juice.
Instructions: Bring 4 cups of water to a boil in a saucepan. Take it off the heat and add the black tea bags. Let them steep for 5 to 7 minutes. While that is going on, put fresh blueberries, maple syrup, and grated ginger in a blender. Mix until it's smooth. Pour the tea through a strainer and throw away any solids that come out. Add the sliced lemon. After the tea has cooled to room temperature, put it in the fridge to get cold. Put blueberry ice cubes in glasses to serve. Leave some space at the top of each glass and pour the chilled blueberry ginger tea over the ice cubes. Add sparkling water to the top to make it fizzy. If you want, you can add more blueberries and lemon slices as a garnish. Have a nice time with your Sparkling Blueberry Ginger Iced Tea.
