Ace’s voice is a little higher pitched and pretty soft; she still sounds fairly young but not entirely like a child. Considering her size, her voice suits her though. It’s dynamic and she easily conveys emotions when she speaks; lighter/airy when happy, shaky/wavering when upset or scared, etc. Though Ace actually kinda struggles raising her voice and it more likely becomes squeaky than truly loud, let alone booming. I’d say Amy Millan’s voice comes closest to what I imagine her pitch to be like, Calendar Girl being a perfect example. Aside from that, I imagine her having a bit of a ‘working class’ accent/dialect. She swallows certain consonants and pronounces some vowels more thickly in particular words, etc.
Ho boy, Ace has quite the amount of insecurities. I think her biggest insecurities lie in how she interacts with others though. She’s afraid people will view her as annoying and bothersome, childish and immature, won’t like her, etc, and won’t want to spend time with her. She’s afraid she can’t mean anything to them the way she is, and she feels small and helpless in that regard. She’s also really insecure about love and romance and all that folly. Even in her little place, she’s constantly bombarded with expectations, and she feels (fears) she will never live up to them. She’s just a small girl who barely has her life together as adult, let alone be able to live it with someone else and settle down. She hasn’t even found a person for that yet and she may never.
7. How They Like To Dress
Ace is… really simple :v She’s not too picky with her appearance despite her insecurities. If it fits and is comfy, she’ll wear it; if it looks cute, great! Most of the time she’ll wear loose clothes, often too big for her tiny body. Wide hoodies/sweaters and pants, but also sundresses and skirts. Dark colors are fine, bright colorful stuff is also fun. She does prefer covering her body up more though, and feels a bit uncomfortable in particularly revealing outfits. As far as accessories go, she might wear a hat, hairband or necklace or whatever, though mostly stuff that has sentimental value to her. Gifts from others for example.
