Yeah... Winter's here :DDDD But I still desire to share some LGBT stuff nonetheless, so lemme share something I had long ago.

In context, back in June 2020 (The pandemie, quarantine, etc) I remember it was popular to do "colorpicked" pride flags, basically just using the eyedrop tool and color the stripes in base of a character or franchise. Some of the results were stunning, I gotta admit, so it made me curious to try it out. However, also around the time of the trend, I was super obsessed with SP Fixers; which was a team I felt more comfortable exploring topics of sexuality and gender with. They were the perfect match for this idea!

...When I realized it had been FIVE years since I made these, I genuinely couldn't believe it 😭 I'm too scared of how time flies... But at least I'll take advantage of it and share 'em.

So to start, all the flags I did alongside the initial pallete:

And below, some icons I did based off these.

Gay (+ overall LGBT flag): Hayate Hayato. The LGBT flag is my fav out of all, really love how the colors look together. <3

Pansexual + Nonbinary flag: Sakite Masaru

Gay + Ace flag: Tamakura Geki

Transgender flag: Hikage Linda. Also another favorite, it looks so pretty ♥

I gotta be sincere, even though its my flag, the Bisexual one was the HARDEST to replicate :( None of the colors compiled (Both from and outside my pallete) look any good value-wise and they looked messy no matter how much I tried. I'm so sorry :(

Kinda sucks bc I have a lot of Bis on this team. Kagami Houko is one of them; so here's her I guess...

Next to her is Sayaka Tanabe. She's from Ichibangai Sally's, but 1- I wanted to showcase the Lesbian flag too, and 2- I didn't want to separate the gfs <3 This flag was also really hard to do as there weren't many orange-ish colors on the first place; and in times it ended up looking dangerously close to the "outdated" version. The addition of the red was a last-minute idea, but I'm not 100% happy with it.

BONUSES:

A 2nd version of the all-flags image but with re-touches done to both the Gay and Lesbian flags. I've already commented the why on Sayaka's icon; but when it comes to the other flag it just simply bothered me how the colors looked vs the original, plus its similarities with the Aromantic flag. There's also the Intersex flag as a last minute addition :>

In my setting, Touko is a student of Intel/Beacon High School (印照中), one of the Football Frontier Participants. Since her gender doesn't allow her to play, she has decided instead to become the team's manager... And also trainer!?

Intel is a school that bases its education on technology and logistics, so its students aren't very mindful of sports. Touko feels like an outsider because of that too, so she always makes sure to spread her love for soccer to the team she looks over.

Unfortunately the skill level is still low, so the school wasn't able to advance much on the original series' Football Frontier; and the players not paying mind to their defeat doesn't help. A shame, because there's so many rivals that Touko would have loved to see up close...

And to clarify; Intel DOES have a coach, also a huge fan of football like Touko. So she has no issue if the girl offers herself to motivate her players. Maybe, Touko considers her like a second mother? Who knows how things are with her true one... :/

Last funfact: But the SP Fixers are related to Intel, and even the son of a certain team player also assists that school and football team: Dango, the son of Minobe Tamotsu (Below).
