In your series sp reader was trying to hide that she was pregnant but what was she planning to do before Leon found out? Was she going to try and get rid of it?

if you're referring to darling trying to hide her bump from leon, he already knew she was pregnant at that point, so trying to get rid of the pregnancy was already off the table as an option for darling. in my mind, she was trying to conceal it so that he wouldn't comment on it/tease her about it/touch her there/etc.
if you're referring to darling feeling unwell before leon had her take the pregnancy tests, i would say that getting rid of the pregnancy before he found out about it was certainly something that crossed her mind, but she was only feeling unwell for about a day before she noticed she had bled and was under the impression that she had only started her period and was not actually pregnant. that being said, they were together when they confirmed her pregnancy, so even if she had come up with a plan, she wouldn't have been able to execute it (at least not easily with him micromanaging her pregnancy)
