Even more interactions with void children! I cannot resist the cute, it’s my ultimate weakness. Details below the cut!
@ivoirecrasfali My immediate thought when I saw Marquis was not just how adorable he was, but also how much he would initially dislike Wraith. An even bigger sibling than him?? Preposterous! But Wraith is a patient big sister, and what better way to bond than practice handling sharp objects no child should ever be entrusted with? A big brother needs a big tool to defend his little sibs, after all. The Razor is just a bit... too large.
@lilith-lavenda I don’t know if Needle is arachnophobic and just likes sewing, but Wraith has some little spinning friends for her to play with if she’s not Weaver-squeamish! The largest Weaverling is the grumpiest, but he won’t admit he likes toddlers.
@sothequeensays Of course, I had to include Wraith giving Toss the high-speed yeet of his life. Idk why but I particularly enjoyed drawing the enthusiastic patting of a child about to be thrown like an Olympic shotput.
I had some extra space on the paper, so I threw in a quick doodle of how Wraith would look when pissed off, perhaps?? She doesn’t fall on the calico spectrum developed by @sothequeensays (I have my own headcanons for how she came to be), but using the same Voice/Mind/Will chart, she would have a very high Will, almost no Voice, and some Mind. Which means when poked enough, or by specific people, she will go off. And this version of Wraith I’ve been drawing falls under very late-game circumstances, so she has some powerful gear. She will not hesitate to use it to protect those close to her, or kick the ass of a certain wannabe-knight.
Marquis belongs to @ivoirecrasfali Needle belongs to @lilith-lavenda Toss belongs to @sothequeensays EDIT:: Forgot to color in Silk’s legs, whoopsie! EDIT x2:: Evidently Silk’s name has been changed as well - fixing that right away!
