A demons’ heat is more intense and therefore they’re more sex driven. A demon’s heat happens regardless of if they’re interested in someone. An angel however needs to have an interest in someone to go into heat.

Both demons and angels have a time of year where all of them are in heat, but it can also happen spontaneously to an individual (which sucks). Both only last a week.

Haven’t decided when that it exactly, but it’s separate times for demons and angels.

It takes a considerable amount of effort to hide a demon or angel’s respective attributes when in heat (wings, horns, tails, halos, etc), so many don’t attempt and instead focus their effort in managing the temperature and thoughts.

The scent of the object of their affection can help a demon not bother them. Though some have better control than others… Mammon and Leviathan have the worst control during their heat, then Satan. Barbatos, Lucifer, and Beelzebub have the best control during their heat. Asmodeus is just more persistent, and Belphegor is easy enough to convince to cuddle.

Rather than the smell of their crush, Angels are comforted by simply being close them to or in possession of something belonging to them. Just the feeling of having them close helps :]

Otherwise just trying to cool off normally can help a bit.

Lucifer takes more frequent breaks when he’s in heat. He will keep working as much as he can to distract himself.

Mammon becomes very possessive over whoever he likes.

Leviathan keeps to his room when in heat (even more than usual).

Satan is very clingy when in heat (tends to wrap his tail around them). He has gotten pissy over them taking a shower because it made their scent less intense.

Asmodeus is much more persistent when he’s in heat. It takes a lot for him to stop asking for the day, or even just for a few hours. Also just generally touchier… if that’s even possible.

Beelzebub is very cuddly when in heat; tries his best to remain respectful of their space though. Really wants to be near them at all times if he can’t have a hand on them.

Belphegor keeps to his room when in heat. He’s very easy to convince to cuddle, but he will probably end up grinding on their leg or smth—please put a pillow between him and them, or just between his legs so he leaves them alone.

Diavolo whines a lot when in heat. Like he acts so miserable (to be fair, he probably is). Typically stays in bed with an ice pack or smth (courtesy of Barbatos, but feel free to help out).

Similar to Lucifer, Barbatos goes about his day with more breaks when he’s in heat. Only ever faltering in the privacy of his room or a bathroom for a moment to rest. Tends to hide his horns and tail even though it tires him out quicker.

Simeon keeps to his room when in heat. He’ll come out of his room to eat and do chores, but he’ll go right back when he’s done.
